Stolperfallen sind ein Thema in meiner Arbeit.... Da lese ich viel darüber, da schaue ich, wie es im eigenen Haus ausschaut, da tausche ich mich mit Anderen aus.
Stolperfallen sind ein Thema, wenn es um, vor allem alte Menschen geht.
Stolperfallen gilt es zu ermitteln, zu erkennen, zu beseitigen.
Das lässt sich natürlich nur bedingt vollziehen. Es dürfte klar sein, das ich draussen auf der Strasse nicht jedem alten Menschen hinterher oder gar voraussahnend laufen kann, um eventuelle Stolperfallen schnell beiseite zu schaffen. Selbst wenn ich wollte, schnell lässt sich da oft einmal gar nichts machen.
Daheim bei den alten Damen und Herren sieht es schon anders aus. Da gibt es so allerhand an Gefahren, wie den bösen Teppich, die kleine gemeine Stufe oder die Türschwelle, die sie umhaut wie eine riesige Welle. Da ist das Kabel das sich um's Bein schlängelt wie eine Natter oder der scheinbar harmlose Schrank im Flur, der Dir immer wieder ein Bein stellt, so das du unsanft hinfällst.
Und ach was ist dass dann immer ein Drama, wenn die Kinder zu Eltern werden und ihre Eltern zu Kindern machen. Da gibt es nichts zu Lachen. Aber hier lässt sich einiges machen. Ganz einfach sogar, das wird nach kleiner Aufklärung auch jedem klar.
Doch dann kommen Neuerungen. Es wird die Toilette "altersgerecht" gemacht. Meist sieht das auch ganz gut aus und scheint auch wirklich zu helfen.
Scheint, denn oft ist nicht immer gut, was gut gemeint ist. Da kommt die Mutter gut in die Dusche rein, doch die Fliessen sind zu glatt. Da gibt es diese tolle Handstütze an der Wand, doch die ist für das kleine Bad zu lang.
Und wieder haben wir das Drama.... ganz wie in einem Theater, Akt zwei ist jetzt dabei, die Mama und den Papa zu denunzieren.
Jetzt muss der Rollator her, denn das Gehen fällt schwer, der Rücken wird krumm und die eigenen Eltern gelegentlich etwas "dumm".
Doch diese tolle Erfindung sie hilft nicht nur, sie schwächt auch sehr, denn sie macht bequem und somit schwächer in den Muskeln, unvorsichtig im Gebrauch und schon liegt Papa auf dem Bauch.
Nun kommt Akt Drei, da ist dann die Meinung von den Eltern einerlei.
Jetzt kommt das Heim!
Wie schön hier gibt es keine Stolperfallen, auch passt hier jeder auf, dass der Rollator gut und richtig genutzt wird und Training für die Muskeln gibt es auch.
Wie schön währe es wenn ich Ihnen jetzt sagen könnte: " Nie, nie wieder wird es Stürze geben. Ab jetzt können sie Angstfrei leben!"
Doch oft verlieren die Damen und Herren an Gewicht, ja da stürzt es sich, ganz leicht, ganz leicht, nicht wirklich seicht, denn Knochen brechen mal im Alter, die sind nicht mehr so stark. Ja so ist das im Alter.
Aber ach, da gibt es noch etwas, was ich immer wieder seh', die Halterung im Bad ist in vielen Heimen viel zu hoch und dann noch schräg, damit können die alten Mütter und Väter nicht umgeh'n. Die bewegliche Halterung rechts von der Toilette, die ist auch viel zu hoch und viel zu kurz. Da hat man wohl zu sehr am Gesunden alles erprobt. Das Beste aber ist, das Architekten oft gar nicht wissen, das alte Menschen einen Rollator besitzen, denn der Platz neben der Zimmertür ist mit ein paar Zentimeter viel zu klein und schon haben wir den schwarzen Peter und das Drama ruft hinein: "Der Rollator kann nicht einfach rum, er muss geradezu 360° gedreht werden, wo doch das rechte Bein nicht so will, das Gewicht sich so schlecht halten lässt und kein Handlauf im Zimmer ist..."
Egal, man muss zurück in's Bett. Es war dort so schön nett.
Doch leider, leider... so eine Drehung, die ist schwierig und das Drama... ja, ganz wie im Theater... auch im letzten Akt es ist... Ein Sturz.

Well, to be true... this question needs more then one post....
It seems you can't eat much at all if you look at the scandals we had when it's about your food or should I better say..our food... The daily need we have to get through...
I mean is meat meat if there is sometimes no meat at all inside? Or what meat do we actually eat if we can't trust what we read? You remember all the horse meat in next to - it seems like that- everything we buy what has the name meat or beaf...
Or as a vegetarian who loves fish we must look very close to what fish we still can eat 'cos we have fished out next to all we can catch in the ocean and we do it so loveless that it is a shame how we deal with animals... This shame goes on when you think about the fact that of all the cheese you eat and milk you want, the cows looks like something else but animal and then they have to give birth to calves after calves which get- I must say it- murder for there is no use for them... What a waste... And if this is not enough... much of what is produce for us will land at the end on the garbage heap. And not only the fish, the milk, the cheese, the beaf, also the honey, the apple, the salad, the bread, and so on.... We waste next to over 70% of our food into junk....
So do you still feel good? Yes? No?
I ask you this because you are going on buying all the "shit", ignoring the fact that it is crazy to buy seafood from china when you live in Germany or England or America...
I ask you this, because i don't see anyone of you going on the streets and say: "STOP!"
Oh you mean some people do.. and you just can't afford a changing.
What a shame... How sad...
I don't expect you to change from one second to another but don't you think you can buy a bit more aware? I mean look where the food is coming from and how it is made..... Try to by less industrial produced food and meals and make it your own way it takes the same time as to wait for the microwave to heat up your cheap food and believe me the cheap food is mostly more expensive then you think... Try it.. buy the things you need and start making your own meal and see that this won't cost much more and.. after a while you will feel more healthy and stronger... and maybe you see, it can be same cheap..

Then I am worry...
I worry about the fact that we have so much scandals and we see how bad we treat the animals and how much chemistry we use for our plants, although we never want this to be this way but then... I see all the people working for those companies and being so heartless and rude....
I worry about what does this do to our children... They already get weak with this and allergic and also stupid...
I worry about that the politic is full of lobbyist 'cos there is no real change in the rules how to do it... how to deal with food... how to produce in a better way...
Just now it seems that the EU-commission is going to say yes to go on to subsidize the big industrial mass production, who care very less till nothing at all about the nature, animal feelings and rights or your health...
Well they do know in Brussels that you can go another way and more healthy way.. that this is possible and able to do and keep people in work... But saving the nature seems not to be something the big politic cares about... It's only the money... How weak must they be!
I worry about our future of health and happiness and that this means that so many people are slaves at the end for a longer time and no one really has forced them to be ....
I worry that to less people start the revolution for a better living and are aware in the way of living....
I worry about the question when is it enough for you out there to take finally action and be part of a future where we respect animals and plants again the way we should...
I mean most of us remember what we've learned about this...
Treat everything with LOVE and Respect and take only what you really need, but then also give to keep all in balance.....
So won't you think about it and start being more aware next time you buy something to eat..?

What an amazing time we live in!
Things are on a point of turning.. again.. a big turn is gonna come.. but will it be a bad one or a good one?
Last time we had a change it went out not so well... We remember the war.. actually we remember two big world wars and a lot of other bad wars and happenings.
Isn't it crazy that we seems to have so much in common with the time round 1913?!
That time like today we had a connection so big in working lives as never before. The telephone made it possible to keep in touch in a way it never was able as before and just think about it! It was new and suddenly everyone (next to...) could afford it or minimum use it like today with the internet. The time on 1913 was the first peak of an development that happen to be so fast as never before and people needed a little stop to get their breath back. It became so hard to follow that it made them ill and felt the first time too much. Like it is this time.
That time also was a time where workers felt that the working situation had to change, very much like today and so the demonstration starts, although the history gave them just a short time to better things up before they where killed with lies again... Will this be this time too? People still believe and act after the lies they know of already... The politic in 1913 was changing and got many new and young people with much emotion and power and will to form and change and take the working man and women into a better future, although the history had played a bad game here too. What about now... Will these young people today have this history in mind and try to make it another way...?
1913 was a big time for fights for rights of so many different options and today we fight again but almost the same options, the same things because we failed so big...
Another chance now but can we have hope?
1913 was also the beginning of a new time in the way of living.. the old politic with king and crown was over, there was a new way called democracy and communism. We know what it became because some people only look for power and do not care if this is for you and me.. And so some of my friends fear that this will happen again and again and again and so we will never have peace and freedom... whatever we try...
1913 was the end of Art as we understood it and we got the new modern art we still have today and also we got a new writing generation, which we read today and still like and love and respect and the philosophy came and taught us and still teach us much about ...US.
The technic has become a big thing. The industry so powerful and big. The hospitals and way of live so much better and less babies died and the medicine became even better.
And the world politic became a change... the British Empire went to end and the USA became the most powerful country of the world with world war 1 and 2. Now this is changing too as we know it and see it and feel it. Will India, who once was one of the most powerful countries have a comeback?
It's an crazy time and just now much is going on to another big war in this world...(Just look at Korea... the war once started after second world war) the real world war number 3 we have talked about so much or was it with Irak already- done?
Also Afghanistan ... a country where a war started that time after 1913 and seems to finish finally this time... Coincidence? I wonder...
But as you maybe know me..I am the positive thinking man.... I think there is hope and I see many things going on who are trying to change mankind into better and yes I also believe there will be still wars in the next years and the money will lose it's power for the people but not the bank, but also one time not far away for the banks too because they never really changed the rules.. So how long will this stand still? No one really knows... I do also believe that we will have a lot of dead and offers but also a lot who will survive and show how to go on with new ideas, systems and with a together instead of against one another... That will take time I am pretty sure and I am one of the view some believe this can happen in my live. And above all the negative power their is a lot positive power and positive words are stronger then negative. We are in a time, where we have the chance to change once for good and we get a lot of positive powerful energy on our way.... although still no one really can see how we will deal this time our future, cos still to many of you outside are living in the old way and looking out for power with money and bling bling and power in form of punishment and making people helpless, keeping 'em stupid and blind...
But maybe this time, not only the smiles have become more in the underground, maybe this time not just some people open their mind, maybe this time we can go on..finally to live a positive way and yes... stop fighting and being against something... because to be for something good is so much stronger and helpful then being the old way and trying to fight out all our energy till we are dead instead of simple change our words we use and start with ourself by being aware what we do and can do... It's not a stupid thing that many of the old sayings come back and be liked on Facebook... That we show so much cute pictures to light up our lives... Cos a smile is simple so much easier to give as a crime to do....
Oh I could go on with this a long time but for now... Just think about... what I wrote and well tell me your ideas and stories sometimes...

Why are we so obsessed with the pope?
The old said "adjö" and I don't believe it's only because he was old...
A new will come and they again write in the press that people hope the new one will make it better, bring the church into the modern times.
What people hope that?
Modern time and the catholic church is a combination which is over now for so long...
The old pope did all he could do to "renew" the church in the conservative way.. like kind of back to the roots but like we all know- not the roots we hoped for.
All the years the orthodox part became bigger and more powerful and this is what the next pope wants to be.. Powerful and conservative.
Forget the hope of a modern church... It will more be the way down to hell with this new man in town called Rome and curious as I am I read that in the many books the church has given out is a prophecy that the new pope will be the one who destroy what is there this time and so the world.. Yes what?
Does it matter where this church in Rome will go? No!
It's losing it's power and shouting so lout as if tomorrow could not hear it.
But to be true the last pope was often much like the devil self to so many... Irony..?
But the most important thing would be to stop following them so blind and the politic they sell.
I don't care if you believe in god or how you call it.... but being blind and following the bible word for word and what the man of the church say is simple stupid...!
Use your mind I can only say and smile.. Then you know by yourself that being wise is not being blind and using your own mind is the step to your freedom and yes... try to live YOUR life not what is expected.
That's why I like the following picture... It shows that there is a life without praying to someone you never will understand who it is, cos it is too big to understand and if you like the bible or the Koran or another of these books so much.. the remember somewhere stood "Don't make a pic of the -whatever it is- any name is to less and stupid...."
And last but not least... WE DON'T NEED SOMEONE TO SAY and TELL US WHAT TO DO IN THE NAME OF GOOD IF HE IS BY OUR SIDE ALL THE TIME...!
If we are all one and made of the same... WE NEED NO CHURCH, NO RELIGION, NO HOUSE FOR A GOOD....
But what we need more less is people who tell us what to believe in the name of GOD...
Has this become a bit... serous?
Well, I still send you my Love & Light, cos these are strong and positive things and energies.. NO matter what you believed... ;-)
And yes... GIVE A SHIT IN WHO BECOMES THE NEW MAN IN TOWN CALLED ROME!
When is it enough? A good question and if you will look on the pic on the end of this blog entry you will ask this yourself maybe too. Where is the point of no return for you when it's about modeling your body... What is beauty in your eyes?
Well I hope you like Tattoos, although I know some people say it right away that they feel naked if you don't have any on your skin.
I also hope you like piercings... Well, you sure like earrings and maybe some piecing over the eyebrow or on a nipple to play with? ;-)
But when you live in a big town like me, you see a lot of guys and girls having more then a little tattoo and more then just a simple piercing... They got bigger on every part of the body.
Mostly I like it but sometimes I think this is strange or simple too much or I wonder if this is still healthy? I worry about that it could make more damage then it should be. Not to ask about the big ear holes... what you do later? Sew them together?
Well, when you're old your skin looks old and not thaaaaaat beauty... Maybe not at all and when I think of some bodies I had under my hand and think of some parts of the body of 40 year old people who never did sport..
Well, let's say I had better looks before and after...
The Tattoos are not so dangerous as newspapers may tell you... All the stories about cancer... believe me.. I work such a long time in nursing that I can surly say.. I never got to know someone who became cancer because of the Tattoos. And I never heard about it or read about it in medicine magazines. And I believe they is a minimum of risk to get one because of this.. Cos the way and material we do and use today with tattooing is so much better, cleaner and saver.
But back to the though that I sometimes think, it's enough... t.ex. the piercings... some have so much in the face that I never can say this has to do with beauty.. It's an expression, but in no way beauty in my eyes and when you have it on the lips or tongue... Please stop playing with it... It looks disgusting! It's unnerving...
So PLEASE stop playing with it.
Sometimes I feel the need to slap you for that, like a mother to a child when it wants to bit it's nails.
With the Tattoos I can only recommend everyone to think twice about what you want to have and how...
You know, sometimes I see it became more of them but not a single match the other one... So the beauty got lost in the time... That's so sad... because sometimes there are so many wonderful motives on your skin but no connection between them.
So as a good advice.. think twice. :-)
I by myself have more then one and my ideas went always more far then the actually one I let made...
I also searched for good books to see what other people have and how they dealt with it and yes... I can say there are a lot of very good books out there and much more bad ones. Just ask me if you want some recommendations.
Maybe then you understand my statement.. :-)
