Art flesh, false aromas and beautiful appearance makes it easy to eat everything.
Eating out makes it aware. You can go in those restaurants where everything is to get or in those where you just get a few number of food. Or you have those one where you get variations of a few.
Sometimes it can be that you have a menu but everything taste the same.
Eater way, going out makes you aware of what you wanna eat and what you get.
It is clear for most of us, that the more you get the less healthy it will be as the production of meat and food is in mass and with a lot of chemical influence. Don't tell me you did not know after all the scandals, the TV and internet documentation and writing in the press.
But lets start with the fact that even home when you buy in a store the drop height is high. What you expect and what they say you'll get is usually not what you'll have on your table. The classical strawberry yogurt has no strawberry and we know this since long time but many still buy them. I avoid them because wood is not what I want to eat. Yes, I could get angry over those idyllic farm images on the packaging. We all know that it is not the reality but take it and ignore the fact. So we buy the eggs and hope you'll really have bio eggs. Thought many times in the past it was shown that this was a lie and they just put the label on it. Fraud. Fraud everywhere and they even don't blink with an eye and lie again that all they say and show is true or they have to bla bla bla.. you know the reasons, the words they spit out.
But then we also buy the vanilla ice cream and it is yellow. I mean we are used to the color yellow for vanilla ice cream even thought it is a color they have put in as true vanilla only leaves some small black dots. The yellow color is the replacement for the egg yolk which was once used.
But it is hard to avoid buying when you smell those fresh fragrance of bread and other food, even thought it is a perfect chemical lie to our noses from the aroma industry.
We are quick to buy everything with sugar, salt and fat as we get a positive reward in our brain by eating them. Once it was helpful for the human race but now it is pain with all to much to buy in the stores and all is just to make money or to let us loose money and make us believe in the same time we do some good.
Yes, sadly our subconscious works together with the industry. God for them, bad for us and our health.
In my childhood all I was thinking was- does it taste and now I am asking before buying is this god.
Not that it was all better, but we used to do our meal by ourself at home and not buy it all ready made and just warm it up.
That has sure changed the western world most. The artificial food.
Now we had first vegetarian, then it is vegan these days. Avoiding the meat is o.k. but to discuss if a human need it or not is unimportant. We humans still don't know if we need it as we understand the effects of food just step by step. You can survive without it seems but then being vegan can also harm your health as every food can. Soya is not always god and if you always eat the same no matter what it is, is unhealthy for all. So it only can be a trying to do it best and look what you can eat, what is more or lesson healthy and to make sure you still like to eat and drink and have fun in life, because sometimes ignoring is best for your health. But yes the way we keep animals, the way we order fields has to change as quick as possible to make sure that we have more healthy food then those who make us sick and weak. (Which is in some parts of the world, industry, politic...and for some people what they want with us).
Another truth is, you can read book after book but won't become more sure. The questions will be more actually.
The consumer has to make sure itself but help them is like a paternalism they say.
Then I discovered that you have those who are against meat and animal food and those who are even against the vegetable made up on fields. Sure they can avoid the question how to keep animals we eat but then they are not working together. But what they ignore is that the replacement products are often full of gluten, yes they are often gluten bombs. And the alternative cheese is made of a chemical mixture that it is better not to eat it as you partly even don't know the chemical parts.
So after all I decide to eat what I know I can eat even thought it is not pure, or always the best and I could get a bad feeling, but I will prefer to live with those contradictions then being unhappy in the end and always fight myself.
