How will I know

Thought I wrote a several times about how press is having it's way and how it changed and what the problems are, we still face the situation that we all have to ask ourself while reading a newspaper or watching the news: How will I know this story is true? How do we know this demonstration they show is big, when we know it is a question of ancle to make a small crowed big and a big crowd small? How do we know this is important to our life what we hear, when we find on the internet the question of why this and that has not been shown. Is one more worth than another?
But let's be true, this world is full of information. When you want the people to know all of them you'll never reach the end of day. So you have to decide which will makes its way and the thing is, there is no neutral way to decide. It is simple impossible. So when a shooting has been happen, another will be there too and you have to decide what will make the prime time news. This is all about politics, which country we are living in and which system we are part of. Sadly the press is making lines not stories in most ways and this has always been part of the whole thing but became more the common thing now.
Why? Money! Less money, less journalist who got job at the press company and so more are freelancer and therefore have less time to research and are in need to sell. So that's why we lost many of the good stories and neutral sights.
But there is another thing. How do we learn to read a newspaper. Most of us don't and that is why they have so easy to sell, to rule and make people think in a certain way and that is why populist have easy to reach out. It is actually nowadays a paradox we live. We know much of what we read is not the way they write or even true to the actual point and what politic and moneymakes say is mostly beyond the truth. We know that but we love to believe the stories we read as we want to believe, the world is not all lies. Psychology is saying this since a couple of years, to explain the reason why we fall for the lies even when we see it, even when we should know it and why we decide to stay blind, even when you should not miss it, as things are obviouse. The Brexit is the youngest example of how stupid we have become and how less we believe the press and politics. You know they claim not having the information to know the truth, but it all was out there, they did not listen. Simple as that, people just don't listen anymore and the speeding up of lessen the concentration has start with private TV. Sience has last year shown with studies that the averrage concentration time is now max 8 minutes and we had once 12 for one news. Sounds not that much but as you know we can tell a lot in one minute. So the stories has to be told in a much shorter time and became more or less bad and less exactly and to the true point. You have no time anymore to show both sides of a thing.
This is another reason why it feels again, that the world is going down, thought there are so many good things going on and also getting stronger, while the hate and negative things also get clearer. But remember this is part of a process and we are far from the end. We have to focuse on the positive. But how do we know them?
Instinct. It's in yourself. How can we change to a better? Be smart and start with yourself and the people around you. And learn questioning what you read. Why do they just now talk about this and that, what is the reason, who is behind and what is going on in the same time? And yes, we have to take the time to search by ourself as many so called -true free press sides- are fake and spreading lies and hate and want to make people angry and unsure about others and at the end everything, because when you are upset, you are easy to lead.
I see this on Facebook. Those so called shooking news and question why no one is writing or talking about this or that drama, why it seems that press is only showing up when a special group is doing something bad and not the other one. The truth is often very simple. The story is false or it is just that--> We decide it by ourself and so the press is following the way and even more in many parts of this world the press has no way in the name of the readers. It goes the way of money. You know... No consequenses are on the way for them. So it is of course easy to use them.  And populist and extrem people and oranisation sure do.
Just lets take the fact that "muslim" are one week good, the next week bad and no one really takes a closer look and no one really comes to the point and say how it is. Clearly this does not sell, but you got upset and your friend to and for two different reason on the same object and as you both claim the press has shown the truth or facebook, you believe to be on the right line, but the truth is- both are and non is.
Oh for christ sake! How can this be?! Simple. We are humans, many times stupid, know far to less, got more information on our way than we can handle and have never really learned to search by ourself and then the things with wisdom, which is not we get by just saying hi. Wisdom is not information, it is the life that makes you know what could be right and wrong and what is important. We forgot actually to remember what is really important.
We focus on things we don't need. And we know that. Crazy, isn't it!

So how will I know? I just try to take more than one newspaper to get information and use my brain, search on the internet and read books and after all listen, listen to what people say and try to understand and listen to myself.
The rest is hope, as all we do hope for a better, no matter what the reason. If we learn and we always have to learn, we will know we are never perfect and never will be finished, but we will be able to open our focus and the way we see the things, our world.
So.. Let's put together our head with the body, as it is never functional if only one part rules. This is our seekness this time. The body is ignoring the mind and the other way 'round. Disconnected.
But things are much better than we hear and it is always the right time to start again.
Everything we need we have. So let's use it!

Are you living a spiritual way?

Good question as many may claim most don't. 

But what do we believe is a spiritual way? 

Most believe for sure you have to be out of this world. Also many claim you have to do yoga and some sort of meditation. Some may also say you have to change the way you eat and what you eat. 

Well, can someone who lives a religion also live a spiritual way? Most will say not and less wonder why. 

Many believe being spiritual means giving up your job and go to a silent place or hide in the nature. Many believe that a spiritual person avoids technic and modern things we use and share in common life.  

Some believe that as a spiritual person you will only talk about this way of being and can only talk in words like- energy- and -flow-. 

Surprisingly you don't have to hide in a cave to become spiritual. Nor do you need to change your job or way of eating, though many will do in the end. 

Why, because most of us will discover that the old way does not fit into the new way and understanding of the world as they become aware of the consequences and because you start living again more with your heart and soul. 

Some shadows will fade and make your view clearer and that makes people change their live as they see what they want and what they believed. 

Yes, meditation and yoga and things like this can help, but only if you do them without pressing yourself. As long you just start, do and practice you will grow and find new pictures of yourself and also you will be more easy to discover what people made you believe, even if it was wrong. As we are surrounded by many lies and misunderstandings, there are much we have to tear down. 

But yes most of us are afraid to start because it would or could hurt and I tell you yes it will do as looking on your own truth is many times not flattering. 

We are all human and so we do mistakes and get things wrong. 

Discover this and you can start.

Because waiting for something to happen to you for the change you believe should be, well is a waste of time and waiting for others to forgive you also. But you can forgive yourself and search by yourself.

One of the challenges are to find the right tools. Well, they seem so many on the market. How you know which is right and wrong. You don't. You have to feel it as it can be that non tool on your way is yours.  

But don't worry, start trying and be critical and watch yourself. Pretty sure after a while you will know if the tool in your hand is the one to work with a longer time, till the next comes. 

You already did try so many and never found the right one? Well, have you listen already to yourself? Do you use negative words and negotiations? Do you have some doubt and goals you maybe believe those are yours. Because some things are just blinding things as we have learned to believe that we need them. Listen and question then again yourself and be true no matter how much disturbing and hurting it can be. The answer is often not really a surprise but we had hoped, hoped against better knowing that this goal we strive for is the right one, the true one. 

Let me tell you a secret. I found a lot of these and am more unknown about an exact goal, but less unsure as I know more and better what matters. 

Actually we all know what matters deep inside but we have learned to ignore. 

What's then so hard to change the way we live? It can't be only the fear of hurting. 

It is more then that, you're absolutely right. It's the question of- what if I fail?

Good news.... you can't fail. But you can fall down many times. Start again many times. Change your point of view many times. You will peel your life and soul and build up a new and will peel again till you understood that taking away all you don't need is all you belong and till you understood that being flexible is the strong tree inside you when a storm will come. 

But being spiritual does never mean to be happy all the time, though some say happiness is the way. 

Understanding that life is a school from beginning to end and this will keep things low and more easy in the right direction. 

Happiness is to see and enjoy little things as bigger one. Is to enjoy when you had a good working day or the luck of getting the bus. The more you live that way, the more easy you will find it to enjoy life and you can react faster and deeper and as the day may begin with being to late on the way, you will then remember that rushing will just make you arrive later but doing as you used to -just a bit faster- only a bit and you'll be in time.Very much my own experience. I have actually given up running after a bus, a tram or a underground. It always comes the next one and you will always reach your destination and no one will die because you maybe will be late and nothing in life is that important to rush and rush and rush and stress yourself up. Nothing. And best of all- you are all in your right time- so being to late is impossible. That alone is a challenge and also those thing with the words and what you think. And remember it is o.k. if you did it again the old way. Try next time. It is o.k. that you stopped going to gym and doing yoga too. You will start again when the time is right. Just let it be those pushing yourself as you will never really enjoy this. There is always this moment you just start, but forget waiting for the right moment as you start focussing on it and missing the best possibility and the crying loud out of your own body. 

Oh yes this all can take many years. But maybe not for you as no one can tell you how long it will take as it always is a life long journey. It never ends. But that is good. 

But then you will reach the point like me. No path is your path. You can start searching on other paths and ways but in the end you have to go your own, very own one. 

This is actually quite easy as I am not much thinking about that but the challenge is to trust. To trust in your own path. No matter what other people say. No matter what your mother thinks and your brothers remain. Trust. Trust is the biggest thing as you have to face your inner fears and learned demons. As you have to look into your own shadows and just go forward. Sure living in the now is much helping and all the practice with meditation, yoga and doing my sport, and also being aware of my language and the use of it. What does help me in keeping my trust? It is the experience of that when I let go and when I believe and when it then was true to what I really want- it all came the way which was best for me, even known that it sometimes did not look like this in the beginning. I am aware after all, that every step I went was right and everything comes as long on my way until I have learned. And learning to trust in your own way is what gives me and gave me many times situation I wondered what happened and then I realized it has to be that way as I did let it happen. If people where mean to me it showed me where I stood and what I did or did not and had to change or just to remember of doing. They may still have a problem with me but it is their problem. This has nothing to do with me. All I have to do is think why it touched me so much and let me felt unhappy, uneasy or mad. At least then, when I found out, I started - I always start changing the facts and catching the missing link. 

So all this sound very much like everyone can do.

Which leads us back to our question. How to become a spiritual human? 

Well... YOU ARE A SPIRITUAL HUMAN. It's just we have all our ways, our times and no one is better or worse then the others. Sure some of us are blinded very hard and some less. Some of us are very far away of being aware of living a happy live is something they could build up instead of a life in fear and with negative power. This may be disturbing for many as we never believe dictators or murders can be spiritual but all have a soul no matter how dark, how far way from love and the sun. That also means that no one really is a victim and this is a truth which leads us to the question, why love people to be victims and let others tell them how to be? It's fear. Fear we learn and wrong choices we did and we fear we have to pay. Well, we always have to pay. The pice is happiness, true happiness. But some may think money and false hope is more worth. Well, then - it's their way but never has to be yours, though I like money to, but do I need it- no. 

Courage is all you need and everyone has it laying inside. It only needs trust in you- yourself instead of believing. Believing means using words, who are so little to make things of. Trust is a feeling and the energy, the flow who will make you do the step. Or with others words, this is what makes you change your life. Simple trust. 

Oh it is so complicated- not.

Is the Model World going to far?

Not long a go I saw a documentation about finding new model girls in Russia.

What I saw was kind of strange and on the other side a thing I no longer wonder about.

Let's look around, doesn't the models become younger and younger? Thinner and thinner?

How can this be nice? How can this be happen?

We see, still, see thin models on the catwalk, after all the talking about that there should be a change, but why is the change not really comin'?

Well first you must know it is more easy to sew a dress for a model without curves and then the Designers had to create 4 Seasons now... two more than in the past. So not much time to do and it should be sheep to made, but still expensive to sell.

With all the plastic surgeries it is not so hard to show some breast which seems to be a curvy girl must have but also the thin... sometimes... The most are flat, but also very young.. so not really finished in their physical development.

The dream of being rich, or being a super model still is alive, but the truth is-it's a lot of work, not that much money and a short time to have a carrier like this.

And then there are those who started so young, even not knowing them self.

So young, that they are blinded by the light of money, not lookin' what the contract is or what they must offer.

Back to the documentation. The Model -Scout was a woman who once was a young girl, looking for a job as a model, because the dream of coming out of a little village, poor and no hope of a rich live, but knowing out there is so much to buy, to see, to marry...etc.

This girl have had a little success and then changed to be a scout- decided to be free, her own master and live in her own time. So far this sounds god and she actually has a lot of money to live in a house in the USA.

The girls who tries to be the same like her years later don't know that, they all think:" I wanna be a star, a big model.. wanna be rich". So they go to these scouts, who travel every year for new and young girls and spending all the money they have to reach them, to get to be a superstar.

If the lucky once got a job in Asia, they gonna move from home, alone, flying the first time- and yet alone and arriving a country they never where before, which language they can't speak and NO ONE is waiting for them! Alone and with the first frustration they try to find the place to stay... in China or Japan 'cos the girls never work in Russia. What a start into the live of adults, not even being 14 years old. The most girls are actually only 13 or have had the 14. birthday.

But all girls must say when they go to a casting that they are 15 or 16 years old...it's because under the age of 15 they are officially not allowed to work, but we know the model business is all but true...it's a big lie. Why do they want the models so young? First because of the contracts... this is really a shame for all those people who work with the girls there and here- just to remind you all the "next big super model shows" have contracts with a lot of rules which are against the law. Anyway...

They want the girls young because of the sexuality. A virgin must it be, to sell Sex. And because the girls can have children more and more earlier, the models have to be younger then ever... and then they are thin and easy to lie too.... You know, the contracts guarantee an income of 8000 Dollar a year... which is very much for the girls. But many times they get cheated... 'cos they can make pics from them and sell them without telling the girls, and so they think.. bad luck got no job.... and then the contracts can change in every way so they can send the girls back and tell them they had to pay 2000 Dollar when they home to the agency. The parents seems never to read the contracts and most time they are not able to read them so they believe what those scouts tell them... in lovely words and so did the women too.

She seems not too get it or seems to hide it from herself, that the girls are lost, need help and really a good advise, but it's her money and so she is going on telling like this is something which not exist... but then she says:"oh sometimes the girls work as Escorts or hookers, but that is not her responsible...". She is talkin' with the girls as they where happy and all is going fine.. she should know better, 'cos she told the same story about her being a young girl without any help in a foreign world.

But back to our own homes.... The press has already written about the Shows "Next Super Model" and the contracts, but the success is going on and the parents are signing the contracts without askin' or even reading it through. Seems that the warnin' is never going to those who should know about it.

Also all the talkin' of the computer work on the pics... the girls never look like this. Thin yes, but never so lovely... so much make over... no wonder that the boys and girls today have a badder a lower self-confidence than the generation before them. Seems that they are only allowed to be thin as able or they get thick.

Isn't this scary?

Last year I saw a promotional poster of a big store where the models where so thin, that even the make over did not make them more than "a hungry something" and this is what they tell the kids is beauty...!

Should we be lucky that sport is becoming more important again? That the schools are starting to think about the right food?

Yes I am but also I think we should talk about that with our children more and earlier in their age. And yes the Stars should talk more and more often about the truth of makin' over.

But will a money horny Heidi Klum do this. A women who lies in her Show about the truth of the Model World even knowing that non of her girls will be a super model, not if they stay in her world and the contracts they have signed?

So- is the Model World - the business with girls gone too far? Yes far to long did it went and what can we do? How to stop it, when even press warnin' does not help? Is it enough to talk in schools and at home about this crazy world? I hope so.. I hope this will be more a talkin' and a beginning of real changing... but maybe also to tell the designers to change the use of model type?!.

Well on Facebook many have started to post pics which shows thin visus "naturally" women and hopefully men too in the future.. (cos I never saw so much thin boys walkin' around...) and those pics always says no to thin, or super thin or question the reality we seem to have...

the thing with the Ideal

Today i'm gonna write about the Ideal of beauty...

The Ideal of beauty of man... how a human being should look like...

Well, somehow the thinkin' about this thing has changed in the last 100 years in a way I am not sure if it is really good.

To go straight to the goal...

today the most think they should look like the ideal. The most seem to think they have to do everything to look like the ideal... well once people understood that an ideal is unreachable...

but today everyone seems to think that it is actually possible with all the plastic surgery and beauty products.

Well, people in the past knew that an ideal was something which shows the times idea of what is beauty and what do they think is the ideal...

They knew it was not to reach and never thought about reaching it, because it was an ideal, just an idea, just a thing which comes out of a discussion, of a meeting of painters, philosophers and thinkers. It has nothing to do with the reality. They knew that and so the Ideal changes in time. Think about Rubens, Michelangelo, the beauty of the plastic David, or the things we found of the stone age... all different, all just ideas of what is the ideal but never what you have to be. Yes they tried to be beauty and did a lot to make them self nice, but it was kind of buy nice clothes, have nice jewelry and show the inside out... the inner beauty of a man, of yourself... how much money you have, how much good you are in bed and kinda like this.

But today, we not only have one ideal, it also changes quickly and we have for everything an ideal.. like Barbie, Models like Heidi Klum or Naomi, for each fetish group the ideal fetish guy or girl... or some kinda star seems to be it... an ideal for black people, white or asian...

Isn't it confusing? And why do so many try to be like it? We'll never will look like a Barbie, how much you try, it is not possible.. but why should you... ?! You have a beauty...inside and outside, it's just to find it and bring it out and show it... no matter what the ideal is, because the ideal is just an idea, nothing we will ever be..just remember that....

At my work I meet a lot of people and I always find some beauty and if it's just a hidden beauty.. I see it. I think we all should learn again to see it.

Look in the face of someone, or search for some nice details in the hands or other parts of the body or how a man moves... or is it the smile or a blink of an eye... or maybe the strand of hair that swirls itself.

If you try this, you always can see some beauty, no matter if it is a child, a father, an old lady or the foreign and strange stranger next to you... and when you'll find it... smile.. just smile....

22. September and the Pope is on...

Hej folks,

a view days ago a friend of mine said we have so many other problems, but to demonstrate against the Pope. Well, on the one hand he's right but on the other hand I'm not agreeing with him. First I do not demonstrate agains the Pope... nor do I demonstrate against anything, because being against something does not help, it just gives you what you don't want so... what am I doing then? I'll go on the street to fight for something, for what I stand for, to say what I think and to ask...

Second, yes first we should look at our house, the problems on our doorstep but one reason we have these problems leeds as back in time and to the church and what they used to say and still say... guess I don't have to tell you about the past and yes I know many of our priests see things differently and acting contrary to what the Pope says or convert it from. But still... still take a look how can it be that some of the members of the church think that it's more worse that the fact that children have been abused by some of them came out and not the fact self.. they were more concerned that the image could suffer damage to the church than about the welfare of children.

Or how can the Catholic Church build a house of God in the poorest countries build out of pure marble and gold, in the middle of the desert, in front of all the poor people who need help, need food, a guide and a teacher...? We all know that the Vatican Bank is the richest bank in the world and yet the Pope is not much of it from, but still want to donate more. You could feed the world, but do not do it. Just empty words of help, of charity, of respect for human dignity ...?

And how can we all be equal, if the Pope tells us we can find Jesus only through the route of Catholics, otherwise we will not get the benefit of God felt. How can we all be equal, if the pope himself but actually increased, and a human like us?

Last but not least I fight for the right to love the way I want to , I am.. a naturally way of love- 'cos I think loves one of the greatest things in the world...

Oh before I forget... many people here in germany think it's o.k. when the pope comes to visit us and tell his story but what the hell has he to do in the german "Bundestag"???? He is not comin' as a Representatives or President of a country, but as head of the Catholic Church. So it is against all the rules in a speech to the Bundestag. We wonder why the politicians have agreed to this. How can you give someone such an important place, with the dictatorships in Africa is good?

But this is maybe a thing for another blog.

So folks, I stand up for more then one reason, show myself on the streets of live to show that I am a human with body, soul and mind... so I will be part of the -kiss in- part of the wall which the Pope has to pass.
