let me shine you a light!

To make my last post complete, I search a bit in my mind to find something positive for you. 

Not all is going bad. Actually more things became better. 

Poverty has lessen and more people reach clear water. We know more about the side effects of things we use and can help make them smaller or even avoid them. 

Medicine is getting better and we mix the western with the eastern versions. 

The awarness of what we can do and that change is only to come with your acting is becoming stronger. There are quite a lot of project going on to save the earth, the nature, to heal and save animals and to try to fix what we've damaged. 

We have actually less war going on, even thought those happening now are quite aggressive and much buidl on hate, blindness and propaganda. 

We are the generation who lives longer, everywhere on the world. 

We started to protect what our history has left us to remind us and to learn from it. 

Yes, I know lots of people still thing it is getting worse and when you read the news and hear the politic warnings, it is no wonder, but let's get and keep some facts straight from the actual situation. 

Irrational fear is growing and we need to lower it down again. We don't live in the end of time and just think about how we lough about the fact that TV was once unbelievable and called evil.

Humans tend to believe more negative about the things around them as they are. Even more nowadays and populist loves that. They can catch your eye and ear just by loveing your fear. 

There is a study and even when you don't like them at all, just listen... starting in Britain 2013 and becoming biger with the years and now contains 33 countries. People have been ask what they believe about things in their country. So let's take the part of where they talk about foreigners. Refugees and a like. In Britain they believed that 24% are coming from the outside, when in fact it is only 13%. In Sweden it was much the same. In Brasilien people believed that 25% are not born in their country when in fact the number is only 0,3%. 

More important becomes it when it is about the "muslim". The fear that they invade us. Well in Britain people believe they have 21%, when the real number is only 5%. This kind of answere came nearly everywhere the same and the actual number is simmilar low to the Brittish. 

Now when it is about crime, we tend to believe it became much more, much, much more, when in fact the whole numbers are going down, only in some areas of crime they went up, but not everywhere. Mostly in towns. 

So our reality we see is food for the far right and left and for the religious, for all those who want to have power over people and destroy democracy and free will. We will be more easy to bring to the point to like war and weapons. To hate and demand laws against the strangers. We believe we have to protect our property more and harder. 

But we are also capable to see that people can see, wake up and stand up. Orlando shows us and the Brexit, that we still have fire and hope, that we still care and love and have empathy and the will to fight for a better world as we not only want to sing -Imagine-. More and more people change their habbits and try to help and change the world for real and have understood that we did mistakes, but we can still do better. Our economy is better than politics will make us believe and we are less in need of the money as they believe. We can survive as we already did several times. Human race never needed a power who claims to know better as the common people and gets all the money, because little Joe is to dumb. But little Joe can be happy, lucky without the fucking money. Systems have change again and again. Why not now? It is always possible, as long we really want to. 

And see, people seem to care about the future. Even thought we still have no idea how it should be, it's the beginning. Nature is also stronger than we believed and can regenerate. Yes, we have quite a lot god to fight for. Let's keep that in mind.

How will I know

Thought I wrote a several times about how press is having it's way and how it changed and what the problems are, we still face the situation that we all have to ask ourself while reading a newspaper or watching the news: How will I know this story is true? How do we know this demonstration they show is big, when we know it is a question of ancle to make a small crowed big and a big crowd small? How do we know this is important to our life what we hear, when we find on the internet the question of why this and that has not been shown. Is one more worth than another?
But let's be true, this world is full of information. When you want the people to know all of them you'll never reach the end of day. So you have to decide which will makes its way and the thing is, there is no neutral way to decide. It is simple impossible. So when a shooting has been happen, another will be there too and you have to decide what will make the prime time news. This is all about politics, which country we are living in and which system we are part of. Sadly the press is making lines not stories in most ways and this has always been part of the whole thing but became more the common thing now.
Why? Money! Less money, less journalist who got job at the press company and so more are freelancer and therefore have less time to research and are in need to sell. So that's why we lost many of the good stories and neutral sights.
But there is another thing. How do we learn to read a newspaper. Most of us don't and that is why they have so easy to sell, to rule and make people think in a certain way and that is why populist have easy to reach out. It is actually nowadays a paradox we live. We know much of what we read is not the way they write or even true to the actual point and what politic and moneymakes say is mostly beyond the truth. We know that but we love to believe the stories we read as we want to believe, the world is not all lies. Psychology is saying this since a couple of years, to explain the reason why we fall for the lies even when we see it, even when we should know it and why we decide to stay blind, even when you should not miss it, as things are obviouse. The Brexit is the youngest example of how stupid we have become and how less we believe the press and politics. You know they claim not having the information to know the truth, but it all was out there, they did not listen. Simple as that, people just don't listen anymore and the speeding up of lessen the concentration has start with private TV. Sience has last year shown with studies that the averrage concentration time is now max 8 minutes and we had once 12 for one news. Sounds not that much but as you know we can tell a lot in one minute. So the stories has to be told in a much shorter time and became more or less bad and less exactly and to the true point. You have no time anymore to show both sides of a thing.
This is another reason why it feels again, that the world is going down, thought there are so many good things going on and also getting stronger, while the hate and negative things also get clearer. But remember this is part of a process and we are far from the end. We have to focuse on the positive. But how do we know them?
Instinct. It's in yourself. How can we change to a better? Be smart and start with yourself and the people around you. And learn questioning what you read. Why do they just now talk about this and that, what is the reason, who is behind and what is going on in the same time? And yes, we have to take the time to search by ourself as many so called -true free press sides- are fake and spreading lies and hate and want to make people angry and unsure about others and at the end everything, because when you are upset, you are easy to lead.
I see this on Facebook. Those so called shooking news and question why no one is writing or talking about this or that drama, why it seems that press is only showing up when a special group is doing something bad and not the other one. The truth is often very simple. The story is false or it is just that--> We decide it by ourself and so the press is following the way and even more in many parts of this world the press has no way in the name of the readers. It goes the way of money. You know... No consequenses are on the way for them. So it is of course easy to use them.  And populist and extrem people and oranisation sure do.
Just lets take the fact that "muslim" are one week good, the next week bad and no one really takes a closer look and no one really comes to the point and say how it is. Clearly this does not sell, but you got upset and your friend to and for two different reason on the same object and as you both claim the press has shown the truth or facebook, you believe to be on the right line, but the truth is- both are and non is.
Oh for christ sake! How can this be?! Simple. We are humans, many times stupid, know far to less, got more information on our way than we can handle and have never really learned to search by ourself and then the things with wisdom, which is not we get by just saying hi. Wisdom is not information, it is the life that makes you know what could be right and wrong and what is important. We forgot actually to remember what is really important.
We focus on things we don't need. And we know that. Crazy, isn't it!

So how will I know? I just try to take more than one newspaper to get information and use my brain, search on the internet and read books and after all listen, listen to what people say and try to understand and listen to myself.
The rest is hope, as all we do hope for a better, no matter what the reason. If we learn and we always have to learn, we will know we are never perfect and never will be finished, but we will be able to open our focus and the way we see the things, our world.
So.. Let's put together our head with the body, as it is never functional if only one part rules. This is our seekness this time. The body is ignoring the mind and the other way 'round. Disconnected.
But things are much better than we hear and it is always the right time to start again.
Everything we need we have. So let's use it!

Are you feminist?

                                  

I never thought about that until a doctor asked me that at work.  In Sweden it is not such a strange thing that men call themselves feminist. 

And while I just thought about equality for the LGBTIQ community, it came again to my mind that this is also something we deal with on and on. 

But what is a feminist nowadays? It sure is not only a woman fighting aggressive for her rights. It’s not only fighting for being part of the congress, getting the laws changed and fighting together as black and white.

It has become more. Women fight loud but also in silence and they fight on different places. Now it’s education, family times and still family planning or also called Planned Parenthood.  They also fight for same wage as this is still unbelievable unfair and women now have understood that they have to demand men to fight with them, to understand deep inside that what they seek is right and has to make into reality.

You know it is unbelievable that we after 100 years since the women started to fight for equality have not come that far.  Why is it so hard to achieve success? Is it that we went more silent after the 80tis? Is it that young women have to discover feminist for themselves and make it their own thing? Find new ways and remember that being loud is still necessary. 

So a man fighting along side by side with a woman is a feminist?

Thought as far as I remember what I have read, most of those men still are very much living the cliché and those 50/50 thing is more a which, than reality, in everyday life and also those men pay women less than for a man.  Women are many times o.k. with this, or believe it just is that way or even more it has to be, thought they should know better.  But yes, we have still also those women who truly believe a woman has to be home, make children and her husband has to bring home the money. They believe women should not have extra rights- and this is the problem! It’s not about extra rights it’s about to get the same rights, to have the same possibilities and choices.  Sure in many ways men and women are different, but that does not mean they are weaker, or less worth, or should have less rights as they can be smart the same as men and work hard as a man and even feel. They can make decisions and those without being victims of hormones. Many forget that men have also hormones, which makes them act stupid.

And why is it still a problem to live out sexuality as women? Why is it still for men and women a problem if a woman gets a divorce, but not when the man does? That’s bigotry and lying to yourself about what and who we are. 

But back to men who are called feminist. They are no less man of course, thought many would like to call them so. They fight for women rights; sometimes they just call it a fight for equality. And without men the revolution will not succeed in the end. We always need both sides.  And also those men who just fight and are into equality. Like myself, a man who does not call themselves a feminist.

But let’s be true, we do to less and women also stand in their own way. We have to try harder but how can we make others understand that the time is now, not tomorrow as it can be too late then or even harder to achieve things. As this is a question of power, of money and who will lead the world. It is a question of peace and war and where we put each other. It is a question of respect and empathy.  Things the new generation of feminist have to understand and some already work that way. The older generation is looking back and into the future and will hope that we go on fighting as they see how hard it still is, how unequal we act and how hard some groups fight to get women back into the dark age again. So we have to talk, to teach and be visible.

May you call yourself a feminist or not, but start discussing what went wrong, to know our history and what should we do and how can we prepare our children to not do the same mistakes or act the same unequal way. Yes, it starts with how we teach them, how uncles, mothers and grandparents act and all those other folks. Only together we will make it better as it is not enough when just parents make it right.

How dare you to prefer to kill and call us the devel, when you are the one! How dare you to call yourself victim, when the truth is you try to make us to be such! How dare you to say we are the reason why things went wrong, when the truth is, that you are the reason! How dare you to blame us for everything bad that happens, when you are part of the mess!

I am so less! I am so less! I wont stand your bigotry any longer! I can't let you go free! You are not china, you are not save! Because you are afraid you want us back in the closet but I am never going to do that! I have a right, the right to live my life as you without fear, in freedom and peace. I deserve your respect even when you don't understand all I do! 
All the hate you spreed shows how weak you are and how stupid you prefer to stay. 
I won't make it easy for you! Just because you don't want to deal with human nature. Just because you prefer to live a lie. 

Far to long we fight for something very natural. Far to many times you denied listen to love, even when you prayed love yourself. I demand you to stop hating! I demand you to listen now! I demand you to put away all the weapons and face your own fear! I demand you to take us seriously and part of this world! I demand you to finally see the truth, that we are like you! No better, no worse, not nicer, not weaker, nor stronger, just like you! 

I am so less, so less and pitty you, but also I want you to change into better. Your better future is not to get with our better future. Any future will only arrive when you let the past gone by and look up and avoid being blind. Our future is only to get together in equality!

The Alien, the Prince and the Boxer

What do they all have in common?

They’re all man. They’re all unique. They all payed a high price. They all had quite a life.

They’re all dead.

They all have been one of the reasons why we live the way we do today- so they all are a reminder of a fight, because they all have been fighters. But they are also a reminder, that we still fight the same things, deal with the same theme. Sadly.

They all crossed borders and showed that the world is not black and white. They showed the world that it is o.k. to be who you are and that equality is a reason to fight for. Yes, they took up equality before we thought about it again and they even haven’t been the first ones. Already in their lifetime they thought that it was time for a real change. Wish we still need. Sadly, things went just a bit better, but not as far as they should be.

The Boxer showed how to be a man abroad the clichè he himself seems to be. That being a coloured human means to be strong as any other human and that this is the reason to be treaten equaly. Much the same it was with the Prince. Showing the world that being a man means more then just macho. But he was disciminate as black, yes he was put in the box as such, thought he was not and much more. MTV denied him the same rights as other artist, as they put him in the black box untill they understood he was universal, should be treaten the same. The Prince even was not only clourblind, he even did not care about your gender, your sexuality. Just like the Alien, who thought us that  man can be women enough and be an in between. That things in life are colourful and all but black and white.

But still we differ in black and white, in man and women, in different rights. Gender and sexuality still are an issu to discriminate and even the clour of your skin can make your life harder, less fair.

How can this be still going on? How can people still believe that one is better than the other, that there is reason to believe equality should not be a reality. How can the conservative and far right and sometimes far left too still tell people to think in hate. Have they been so lucky and got the success to keep people stupid and make them stupid again? And why are those who know better not fighting harder, doing more, are louder and mor to see? Why are so many in silence? Have they given up because they have been thought their is no chance? Have we heard too many lies?

How come that women fight against women and want them to be stupid, weak and just home and a birth machine? How come that black and coloured people fight for  those who don’t want them to see as equal? How can homosexuals fight against themselfs? How can it be that a man still has to be macho? How can it be that we teach children on and on that they are not worth the same, not worth having the same rights. We know so much better, but most of us seem to teach them the old clichè.

And religious organisation are going on in pressing people into stereotypes and have the success to impress with lies and people have been getting so used to the fact that they can get away with crime.

But children use to be colourblind and without hate and make no difference between them.

We teach them. Why don’t we stop?

Why are we so silent about this fact? I wonder on and on why people have easy to go on the streets in the name of hate but not in the name of love, justice and equality? Why do so many think it won’t help. Or do they believe it is not important? It’s a paradox, that they believe in hate fights that politic can do a change, but not when it is about a better future. Or isn’t this a paradox at all?! Is it the fear that keeps them believing that the ”god” ol’ way is best, even know that this is untrue?! Is it that we lost faith in change as we tried it so many times in history and again and again we fell. Have we forgot that the rules of nature are part of our life too?

We are the generation who should know best, but it seems we don’t.  When I search the internet and read the papers, there is no way to find to achieve higher arwareness, no new way to make people change their mind. No way to get them up and on the street for a real change.

Will the things we do now be enough? Can we wait any longer? But I guess we have to have patience, have to have faith in time. We have to believe that people will one day see. But when, when will this be? So I guess we have to go on, even when we feel tired, even when we fail, fall back, when we have to fight again and again until we are there we want to be, have to be as human kind.

When will people feel, we all deserve the same rights as I always felt it that way. I could never understand, that people make difference.
