No child of mine

The other day I posted on Facebook a picture of me older then 15 years. It was part of the "Fotochallenge" where you have to post for five days each day one picture of yourself from a time 15 years and longer ago. Quite funny as most of us have to actually look out for the real photos and make a pic of them to get them on the computer or laptop. Yes, there was a time we only could make the pictures that way and we have been more careful in the way when we made one. It was to expensive to waste a photo. 

Anyway it made me think again of how a family is made and how much we discuss this these days and that some people still only call the so called traditional family a family- meaning : mother, father and a child or two. They say only this version leads to a lucky and happy life and only this way makes you a good human. 

Of course this is such bullshit as you always had different family constellations and those have been all good and children are able to enjoy life. 

I mean what is important for a child? Having two parents like mother and father as such or ... having a loving parent and someone you can trust and look up to. Someone who teach you important things in life and will listen when in need. 

Is it bad for children to have a father and a mother who are working mornings and evening and nights and have not much time left? Is it bad when a girl grows up at her fathers house with only him to look up to and he works full time? Is it bad when both parents travel along and take the kid with them and each time it has to get used to a new school? Is it bad when a grandmother or aunt takes care of you instead of a mother and a father? Is it bad when you grow up in a children's home?

No, all children can have a happy time, may it be hard sometimes and may they see the person who takes care of them not that much, but as long those people give love and really care and listen and teach and see you as a precious, you will become a good human of course. 

Thieves and murderer have come out of functional families and so called traditional families. 

They are in no way a guarantee that a child will be happy, a good human, someone we will look up to. 

And no child cares itself about who the person is, if the person is gay, women, man, old or young. All they want is to be able to trust you, to find home at your side and someone to ask and please for help, someone who will show and teach them.

Bad things happen in every family, no matter how the family is made. Yes, that means that no version is the best. No version is the only one and right one and as many call the traditional family of mother and father and two children- they forget that the first family they say they look up to and is the role model (Maria and Jesu...) they live after- actually has two dads and a mother who got a child in no typical naturally way (no sex) and had only one child. The model those people claim is actually very young and the most time of mankind we had all kinds of families. 

So... to all with different families- let's stay happy and never let anyone tell you, you are worth less, worthless or not real.

What not to forget about easter!

Easter has gone and most have had fun. 
But what is easter about- we can read it in our newspapers. But what do they forget about?
It's not the bunny, not where the egg comes from. It's not the lamp and eating it or not. It's not the question if you are going to church or not, nor is it the question about Jesus and how he went out of his grave. It is not even the question, is the cross a sign for pain or proud and how do we see it in our life. It is not the question when the church took away that cruel way of treating a human (it was 300 years after Jesus had the "luck" to hang there).

It is no question that easter is the most important celebration day for christ as it is about the true sign of being Jesus someone special, thought the Bible gives you three different stories, who Jesus is and that's why people once in Rome decided to mad up the holy trinity to put all stories in one. 
Science has shown that the human we call today Jesus must have lived once and sure was some kind of healer and did wander around. So part of the whole story is true or like we say it in Hollywood- after a true story. 
So this is also not about the fact that the Bible can only be read as a miracle book and not taken word by word. 
So what is missing in all we read? 
The women! Yes, the women who have been with Jesus. It was the women who saw him first, his spirit and who went to his grave and saw him not being in there. It was the women who stood by him when he was on the cross while all the man have run away. And there is one special women who is actually also the only one person who has been with him all his live. Maria Magdalena! There both spoke the same language, as they both came from the same place. And she was after all we know about the women around him the only one being able to stand on her own feet. She must have come from a richer house as otherwise it would not be that easy as a women to decide by herself. 
What we can find about her is a strong person and the only follower of a life time. A women who made career and then have been dumped down by the church and the rest of the women as in Jesus days women had more rights and stood on same level with man. The change came in Rome when man decided to put together all the stories in one book called "The Bible" and also to decide which parts come in and which stay out. It was this time man understood that their power will only be bigger when they change the image of women. Since that time women became a week part and even Maria and the other women have been written out of the truth and so a man was the one who discovered the spirit of Jesus. 
But without that strong women there would be no church! So why are women not fighting back and say what is right, that they have the same rights! Why let women still make them self believe there are the week link? Cos they're not, not even physically. 
You know I worked in psychiatry and there we had small women being in big rage and we needed over ten man to calm her down to get her in control. 
So a small person can beat a big man if she just believes in that or is in rage. 

So let's start celebrating easter and the women who made it possible and let this be a reminder that the institution of church is a product made of lies. 
Remember that it is time to give women the same rights! They are not week. They are capable of the same. 
Believe in God and Jesus if you want but don't trust the Institution- no religions institution.

So dear readers.. now I really wish you some wonderful days...

No matter what you do or where you are..

No matter if you work or just be home..

No matter if your out or staying inside...

I wish you happy days and yes the family fight may be little, if it must be one...

Hug and kiss each other, love and respect each other..

No matter how your family looks like...

We are all equal and should have the same rights...

We all share this world and should remember to do this for each other...

Money won't make your christmas special, even know some will try this very hard...

Presents you buy will not make the biggest and best christmas as things to love is less then just to love each other...

Remember those who are gone and remember your fab live...really, no one has a stupid live, but your view might be making it that way...

Remember the lesson this year and life has given you- have you understood, have you start to change?

Remember all the luck is in your hand, even know the universe may have a word to tell or twice..

Christmas, just before the new year arrive, is a time to remember and see and look at yourself... be true.. have you made it good as you can?

Well, I am sure we all can be better next year-- I think that is fun to know and gives me hope...

Happy days... for you and may the wish of peace in this world be in our minds... may the love grow in our hearts... may the shine light a way we could go as there is to go a new, very new way for all of us...

Where is God?

Well, you could ask this nowadays many times as we read such an amount of wars which are going on. You could ask this also when reading about the rise of racism.

Or even when you read how human kind is going on in destroying our nature and therefor our future.

But this blog won't be about this.

It's christmas time and here I could ask you that too. Where is god in all this?

Christmas celebrating was to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ- though he was born in summer, this event went to winter time, as this was once a celebrated time before from the old "religious". So to make people comfortable with such a new tradition, they blend it with an old and made people believe we celebrate the birth of a child, but we are much to late. 

Anyway this time is a time to come together and also of course as everybody wants it perfect- a time for war and families shouting at each other. It's the truth and that is family. No one is perfect and to expect this will only made the days a challenge. 

But that is not why I ask about the GOD is not to found thing. 

Yes, I can't see him anymore, though I see the face of him and of course he is everywhere, thought we should never name him or show him. Clearly he is a mind, whatever big, an awareness. We can't even think and imagine how big and that is good and we should maybe not even try it. 

But where is he in our christmas celebration as a thing we can touch? I mean I use to have the feeling of joy and expectation. I use to be happy about that time and have warm feelings and I am not a christ or part of any religious. It was always a time where I knew my family would do some traditional things. I knew every family has some. Only in December you could eat some special cake and bake the bread and on christmas evening we eat our christmas meal. 

But now you can buy all the christmas bakery in September, some of them already in August. The shops started their decoration already in October, but latest time now is November. No one waits in this - buy me and sell me time. But the waiting was one of the things which made this time so special. Now it has become an - everyday thing- a- like. 

And then... I use to enjoy the lights, the stars in the windows but it became too much. More lights, more colors and the christmas tree rises in homes already the 1. December. But this tree is a symbol just for the christmas days?! What happened with waiting? 

After all christmas is a celebrating time mostly for children. But many have forgotten or never learned where christmas came from and why we celebrate it. Many have forgotten or never learned that the waiting and making a special day(s) is the secret of this wonderful idea. The spirit of christmas has gone in many homes. But that is what it is about- so I thought. The respect for each other. The love for each other. To be grateful for each other and for what you have. The come together. It is to share time and not present. It's to share stories of your life and not movies on TV. 

It's to look at each other with a warm heart and love, not to push things to the limit and maximum. 

But TV and Media and the shops and the result of this made me feel not feeling this christmas feeling since a view years. I see the lights, enjoy them but I feel sad too. It has all become very empty. I miss the earnest in all that. I see just the cover not the deep thought behind. I see the commerce. Many times I think, what beautiful this and that is but when I come near those things, I feel they are empty. 

That is why I ask where god is in this? He is of course in everything but we have made a lot of job to hide this fact. Jesus Christ would not be happy and in pain seeing this. He would perhaps feel more pain as he could on the cross. 

So, I thank a friend of mine, who is a very talented artist, to gave me permission to show you a pic he made. I think it shows very well how this christmas thing became. Jesus is now in pain of all the corny things, of all the commerce and of all the things which have nothing really to do with christmas.

Maybe you think about all this and try to celebrate this time with less - just let it shine and have no meaning-. Maybe you put the love back inside all this and learn waiting for the days by enjoying the little steps.  That is what Advent is for.
