Do you feel you're drown in fear‏?

Is mankind going mad? Or are we just bonkers?

Seems autumn let us easely feel that things are going to en end, also that some things seems to be hopeless. Yes some people feel already hopeless and I mean with life itself, with the politics and the way we have our work done. 

Have we failed? 

Just now it seems in many parts of the world that out of the earth comes hell. Many times this hell is colored in the name of god. 

When you read the news you may feel there are more wars then ever going on, but actually there are not. 

But the wars have changed and became bigger, harder and worse in any meaning of the word. 

We fight with words and we fight with guns. We fight us till death do us part and we fight mostly so blind. 

We fear that war can come back even in countries where war was long time thought to be gone but let's look on the streets and there are the so called soldiers. 

We long believed it was just about oil and water but actually it is mostly about power and systems. Which system do you believe in.  Who has the most power.

To be clear there are all in all two different wars, some sometimes connect to each other too. 

The war because of dictatorship and power and the one for telling others what to believe in. The wars in the name of god. And both have a very dangerous similarity- both are lead by people who do not except another options and believes. 

Both work with a lot of propaganda in every way possible. Both work with the fact that mankind is easy to keep alive without its mind. Better a living robot then a living mind. 

Both systems forget or ignore that achieving success in the future is only to get with a living mind. But they will not listen untill they have no choice. 

And most of all, both system work with a fact that many others use too. Fear. Keep people in fear. Make mankind fear change. Make them fear an own mind. Make them fear losing their jobs and money. Make them fear their own future and this will always played by words who tell them that there is no way out, no other way, no chnace, no nothing and absolute just the slave way to live as they say, though they never say you are a slave but this is what they want you to be. A slave, a living robot, but never a living mind. 

So keeping people blind is easy, for this game is played for a very long time. 

But fear will keep you little and week and blind and ill and most of all in thoughts you should better avoid thinking, if you want a free and happy life. 

Though all of us have been teached the truth and what a happy life means and money isn't part of it and not using your mind isn't part of it and going the path of another one isn't part of it. 

We all listened to stories of standing up, using your courage and strength. We all saw movies with simple people becoming heros as they just step out of the shadows other wants you to stand in. We all have read news about those who come together and fight for a better world. We all can read books about how to take your own steps. 

So why don't we? Because the first things we learn everywhere is- FEAR. We are warned in live everywhere. We are teached to be aware of what to do and what not and to fear that consequenses could be bad. We are also teached to much not to stand up, even if we have companion with us. So mothers and fathers- if you want a free child don't teach warnings first! Teach trying and trying till it is right for them. Teach them to use their own mind and that others don't matter if it is about what you have and can do. 

Oh how much have we heard that we can't do this and that.

How much we have learned this is to read everyday in the press as we read what we can't. 

Listen to the politics and see they do nothing cos they say they can't. Though all of us know we can. 

Yes we can, were the words Obama had with him but then he lost his own track, now he lives in fear more then ever though he had a chance. But that is another thing. 

We all believe from time to time we don't stand a chance, but we never really try and we far to less speak out about that. For if we did, we had to say that everything's is everyones fault. No one can say it was not even his fault. We all stick together in the same boat but we choose to ignore. 

Oh how many times TV Shows were telling us this. Star Treck, Dr. Who, Sherlock Holms, Chicago Hope etc...

But we have also learned with fear- to be blind when it is about all those things, though they sitt in the back of each and everyones mind. 
Actually you don't have to come from the western world to be able to understand this, just if you want. 
But here we come back to the wars- what is mostly feard by those who do the war? Education!

Education of the mind and the heart. Empathy is something which is very much needed for if you have one, you won't kill just because of some words, someone says. Empathy will tell you what is right and wrong and that stoning your sister because she got raped is wrong. You don't need a law to tell what is right and what is wrong but you need and open mind. Sadly some countries have to many young people who never got the education to make them thinking by their own and feel by their own heart and act in their own name instead of something strange. 

But an only well educated mind alone can also be a problem as it is that many smart minds are fools and believe in things who never could be right if their heart would be open and they truely had empathy. Here I blame all the man who make the religions world wide a game to follow without asking. This is a badder game then "Games of thrones" as it is so wrong in words and acting. The lying is so obvious but the people are made so blind with drugs and songs and pictures and dust.  

You feel maybe just now that your fear is going stronger and this is exactly what those people want with the whole risk to bring mankind in the dark age and in ful slavery. At the end mankind is not able to exist and this price they are easy and willing to pay as they only see themself. So many war people are willingly to pay the price and even people who seem not be at war they are as they sell all the things those war warriors need. And so are many rich people war people as they sell without a heart but claim they can't do different -thought they know they can but won't and have learned to ignore the consequenses as they never feel it self. Because they, from time to time let slip a man by and be free. That is actually how it is going. You do something deeply bad but as you seems to be from time to time a good man, you must have the right for another chance and be able to be loved. Because as no one is only bad from the ground.  

And here we have our chance. Knowing this we can go the right direction. Keep our focus on the nice and god things. Keep our mind open and never forget the shadows but we can step into more sun and out of all the misery as it is possible. Bad thoughs brings bad things. Good thoughs brings good things. The law of attraction. We all know it but as we fear and doub this law will show us darkness and so we believe that we are right what we fear, thought we would be right too and shown the reason why if we don't. THE REVOLUTION OF LOVE as we can read it sometimes is the right way and maybe the only way to save part of mankind and the world, thought things will change a lot untill we have a peace time again. And yes there will always be a shadow left behind. The dark will never fade but we can make it small. I won't promise the golden age but still we have the possibilities. I am sure we can, if we just want as more and more want and actually do. No wonder that the fights have become harder. They fear us- the awaken and free.

But we have to become stronger!

So---> Stop waiting constantly for a change. Be the change! 

And where do we stand now? In a time where the last fights are going on- again. Like in the Lord of the rings, we stand in the time of Frodo and his friends and we have to gatter around as the enemy is building up. This is Lord of the rings in real live. Books are made of our reality. Everyone of them. 

So our weapon is mind, education, heart and the revolution of love to focus at, as it is better to focus on something to fight for, then something to die for. 

Be Frodo, be a companion of Dr. Who, be part of the Enterprise or be mother courage. 

Never give up the hope and the way of Love as most of us know what Love is in some way. We all have knowlegde of the good things and the bad things that may be. We all know no risk, no fun and no success.

Yes we have become a bit to lazy and sure of ourself and that's why fear had it easy, but we can still let it go and smile. A bit fear never killed you, but if you let the fear rule you, it will kill you for sure in some way.  

Which side are you on? It's time to decide! Will you be still the weakest link? Or will you strongen? 

This all may sound very philosophical but it is very, very clear part of our reality.

For me, I will go the way of light and love as much as I can and I will help you and let me help from you as much as it will be. 

Dead- the one we fear so much should be our reminder that life is better to live happy then waste in shadows. You may live a long life in darkness but happiness won't reach you as Gollum never was happy that way.  

So my dear readers, decide it's time!

Drown in fear or get out of it and fly in hope and positive spirit.

Act up and stand up!

It's a hard way, yes, and it is maybe a long time going on untill we can call things good again in all meanings. No, no one said it would be easy, but no one said it has be that far. 

Sometimes I wonder who you are.

But nevertheless it is a way out of fear- and so let's start with to say goodbye to fear and laugh into the eyes of the enemy-

Save your hair

Do you have this feeling sometimes too? When it's time to go to your guy who will cut your hair, you look in the mirror in the morning and just think: "Why?"
Why let the hairdresser do something on it, it looks perfect. Their is no need to cut it, or color it or wave it or, or, or.... 
Is this a fear or is it just because you look like a dumbo sitting there and having this towel around you?
Or is it that when you come with a new haircut many people dislike it more or lesson or that the hairdo after it is finished looks so unbelievable bad, that you go home and wash it again and style it the way you are used to?
Actually many people think so and many think that the new haircut is ... shit. What a mess. What have they done?!
Although days before you made your appointment you thought your hair is too blond, too long, too ugly to even show it another day to the world.
So is it the fear that makes us think our hair is perfect the day we have to sit down and trust the man behind us? We want the better, always better then before. But maybe we fear it will be badder, like we have seen it once or twice already on other peoples head.
But most of us just want to stay the same. No change, no getting old, but the truth is... We know.. Our hair will show it if we want it or not, like it or not... There we see us growing.... remember the pics from ten years ago or just five..?! Oh what a change! 
Well, will it be save for us not to go... We sometimes really say sorry and don't come as thought. 
But the next day all is like it was all the days before... Oh what a too blond, too long and too ugly hairstyle we have....
So better go and have it done...
Mostly we feel better after all...

What about less guns and cameras...?

Hej folks, the new year is now some days old and so it's time to write... again... Hope you had a good start and well I also hope you keep in positive mood... No matter what... 
The last year ended with some bad news on the news... remember the shooting in the school in the united states or the kidnapping in Berlin... seems the world has become more dangerous and let's guess what... they ask the people if they want more guns, more cameras on the streets and guess what... more then before said yes.... of course... it's the moment of most fair and so we react what we have been told all the years for we should not think, we should be afraid... so this is in no way surprisingly but scary how easy it has become to play with peoples mind... 
Want a new law which makes your freedom smaller... just ad a bit fair in the discussion and people will say yes without thinking... 
I'm so sorry to tell you this if you never realized it... it hurts to get aware of blind acting... 
Still too many of us do and believe in the same time that they know what they do and say.. 
Well, "they" made you believe... They? Politics... industry... oh yes, like I once said... the top won't you to be strong and aware... 
Why I care... ? Well, I think my freedom is cut already enough... and I will try to keep what I have... 'cos part of life is to live with some danger of what we think is dangerous... you can't live in a bubble all your live.. you have to try and to experience... and one thing is for sure.. no mistakes, no learning... no getting over your fear, no freedom .. But why should I keep myself in prison all my live, when there is so much to see? 

Ask the people now again.. Do you want more cameras? ...and it will show a different picture... Yes, less will say yes... cos now the save feeling is back... although isn't it stupid..? 
The fact did not change... the world is the same dangerous or less dangerous as it was then, before and will be after... the risk is always there... More cameras won't keep it away, more guns will not help you to survive better, just make you believe it is so, but it won't, cos it can't... Cos You have to keep your eyes and mind open and do your own steps, take your own risk.. no one can do it for you... 
And the most "funny" thing is, all the thousands and millions of cameras have not saved a live... It was always the courage of people itself... It just now takes three years to watch the pics they have made... so a crime today will be seen in three years if you are lucky... So it is very less of help actually, also in England, a county with more cameras then people living on the island... waste of time, waste of money, all because of lies... but saving your life.. making the world a better place? No, I'm so sorry...it goes the other way round.. 

Well my american readers.. I read a lot about your guns... and the way they think many of you believe... Yes, we try to understand, why you think that a gun will make the world a safer place. 
Yes I heard you say you just protect yourself, defend your life, but if someone is coming to steel something in your house, he will not kill you... but then, when next to everyone has a gun and feels more sure with it, they us it.. and so the one who will only steel has a gun within the deal too and then it maybe comes to use, although next to no one planes to do... but then again.. if so many have a gun and it is always ready for use... YOU can kill, but.. do you want to? You write it's the right of an american to protect, but from whom..?
Look around.. are you the only one in the world to be protected? No, but why they made you and still make you believe so..? So much fear... so much stupid fear... Cos what is the worst thing in live that can happen to you... your dead right..? But the dead self is not the worst... so why are we so afraid... Oh to protect... it's in the genes.. Well part, part but then... most fear is made... 
Anyway, what we try to understand is also the fact that you call yourself christians, true christians, but you seem not to have a single faith in good above, even if you pray every day to him... you say and pray love yourself, like ... you know the sentence... well, everyone knows it, right...?! So, why come that there is faith missing and the believe if it happens, then it is meant to be and a thing to learn from... So when you tell you protect your family with a gun, but shoot the man who just wanted to steel your vase... you said you where in fear... so you shoot... don't you feel stupid..? You killed a soul, a man, for what? Wouldn't it have been better to hide or just knock him out, like most of us in Europe or other countries do? 
But then I think of Canada, where a lot have guns too, but there is so much less fear and so much less killed people by accident... like you call it... Well that's what I hear, I read... about you and from your TV.. but maybe these pictures are all lies... 
So why then you have so many guns, so many dead? 
Oh, we still try to understand... but maybe it's time to change your point of view and look around... the danger is everywhere the same... but we feel we are protected enough, we have faith in us, in god or the man living next door. We know that people die, but we also think, no one really planes to kill people when he was young and mostly, they don't plane it when they have grown...

Far to often politics have prayed for peace but played a wrong game, spoke with false worths, even the pope is not telling us the truth when he speaks out for peace... Cos they more often speak about fear... which is made of them self, not from us.. the people... fear through telling lies... of danger, where no anger is or just a little one, or just the normal danger life has to offer us... to learn, to grow... to support each other in love and strength ...

And by the way the more you worry, the more it becomes reality, becomes true, the more you tell people are made, they will be made at your side... but also, it functions the other way 'round... and then you'll find out how stupid it is to lie all the time, to be afraid.... 'cos even if you die tomorrow, we all will die one day, but wouldn't it be better to die with a smile or have lived without fear... cos you lived free as possible and your very own life...

Little Lucy

Once again ... I was in Sweden at my friends. Same summer but different country. Same air, but different people... Just three days off from work. Time to meet friends and my second family. Time to think about this and that, while shopping and walking around in town. 
Like always I like to come by plane and it was lovely again and yes it did not took much time. Just the waiting for my friend to pic me up. But that is family stuff. 
It never takes a long time to completely feel home, cos it's already kind of home there in Gothenburg. 
Away from going to party as soon as I could I was thinkin'. 
Thinking a lot- I had some time over..;-)

Why is it for so many people so hard to leave their fear? So many try to hold on to what is not god, while they could have it more easy? Always the same thing on work, while you ask them they not really saying what they think and prefer to stay at same place, when in the same time they which a change. Well we see this a lot outside the work to. So many are talink' about there must be a change but actually less start the change... Starting with what they buy, eat and talk... 

Also a lot needs a break, but I actually ask myself what does it help to have a break, when you go on with the same destructive routine after?

You try to get back to a powerful body mind and soul and then in everyday life you throw it all away. What's the matter with us not trying to get everyday a break or make our everyday routine better, easier, so we can keep our energy, our power, our lust, our laugh... ??? The luck of live is only to be able to live up when you are able to take it to you.... everyday, everywhere and anytime. No one can give it to you.... We know that but why are we waiting... waiting for someone or something to rescue us, show us..?

Has media made us so stupid, so blind.... Have we forgotten?

We must be... cos when I look around I see so much fear, just because people don't know who they are and what they are capable of. 
I also think about what could I write about this.... How can I show you.... give you a lead...? 
Although I know everyone has to find it's own way. 
And I, I am still learning on my own way... it will never end, I guess, but that is a good thing...
But all those fear I see makes me wonder what can you talk about, when are you able to understand, when will you be open enough to listen?

See, there are so many things we don't talk about yet like at work about people who does not fit in because they have a disease or something you can't see, or because they do things you don't understand and maybe not believe in too....  I have seen so many reaction and the most where not trying to figure out who the other person is, what is it they don't see or understand. Most never think about how it could feel for those who are different. Instead of asking and looking nearer, most have a pic of you and stay with it all the time. How stupid is this, how sad?! 

I am heard of hearing and many think when they first meet me at work I am bit stupid. 
Or let's look to someone who is bit shy and so the "old" stuff thinks he/ she is stupid or arrogant. 
WEll not all are that lucky, that people change their mind when they get to know you better. 
So I try to teach people to show and talk about it, but what more can I do.. what are you doing? 
The world is simple not black and white, but why are we so lazy to see the world like this so often?
Fear... again... this thing we have to leave and learn to trust in us... remember not long ago, people where kind of afraid of people like him on the pic, just because he had a tattoo.

And when I look around, I no wonder that fear is a powerful thing, that some use to keep us little, stupid and blind and made us slaves.. well. like: slaves of money... just take a look at the next pic... 

Money makes you free!? It does not look like that...

It was just a real summer day, and everyone went out as it could be the last one on earth, everywhere I was looking I saw people waiting... for a table, for the money... trying to get the cheapest clothes... trying to get the newest thing... as if they could not be real without this... 
How to wake them up and make them aware... they need less than all this to be happy, lucky and free... that there is simple nothing to fear... 
Or do we need a Lucy like that?

the difficulties of letting die...

Today it's about dying, more precisely, to practice a gentle dying.

It's always not easy to talk about this and in the western culture people prefer not to talk about it at all until it is absolutely necessary.

Nevertheless, there are well over a million people just in germany- who have dying relatives and to deal with the question what dying with dignity must be. What is allowed? How long do a man has to suffer? What is just pain you really don't need?

The fear of dying is perfectly natural and quite the die also.

But here it is all about the fear of being delivered, and before painful symptoms in the dying phase.

Well, morphine or similar drugs have been proven as a means of pain management now. The fear of addiction goes back slowly, partly because many are aware by now that the drug plays a role not striving.

Even breathlessness relieves Morphine good, instead of producing them. Studies have already demonstrated this. There is even by many the fear of breathlessness, which may increase the fear itself.

The hunger and appetite goes away and does not hurt the body. There is no need for artificial nutrition. On the other side the thirst remains but it is enough to supply the body with a minimum of liquid, otherwise the body is overwhelmed, as in death, the kidneys adjust their work slowly. So water will come into the lungs, when you give more then a bit of water to the dying body. This can bring breathlessness. In addition to giving oxygen often makes no sense, because many have their mouths wide open and so it would drain.

And then the medicine... the most are not absolutely necessary. To much are given for a maybe...

Nevertheless, the question arises again and again. Have Doctors forgotten how to make very elderly people die naturally, as it was earlier but apparently the rule?

In recent decades, doctors have increasingly learned to do everything just what keeps life. It is difficult for them what is called the loving end of life failure to perform.

It's because they feel good with all the helpin' stuff. To not do, this is very hard and a big problem for many. They have learn to save live, no matter what. But they have often forgot to use the human mind and heart inside them self to decide what is right and what is wrong and then everyone wants them to say what to do and what is right or wrong. A big responsibility.

Thank God people begin to wonder whether all this is so true. Because it's like when you at birth: In most cases, it runs best when it is not disturbed from outside. Only a little help is needed. No big circumstances.

So will a living will help to bring more certainty into it? The answer is yes , yes , yes and especially if it is sign from a doctor or lawyer too. Because this is confirming the mental clarity of the affected at the time of signature.

But what else can be done to allow a dignified death?

First, you should discuss it in good times. What I want and what you don't. If the times comes, then it should be free of pain for everyone, and if possible, provide pleasant atmosphere. If anyone is in the final stage, it should always, always be someone there, holding the hand. It soothes and takes away the fear most. You should talk to the dying and allow them to die. Tell them it's alright to go away. To take the next step. It won't hurt. The dead does not hurt.

Much to often we do to much and bring only pain. For what, for maybe, for a few moments more to live. Yes I think when people are old we must learn again that they can die because they are old and don't want to live any more and are tired. They had a life. And when a young man is on the way to die, we should let them. I know it's hard because they are so young sometimes and we think it is not fair. There must be a way. But to keep them alive for each price is not worth the living. Our own fear of dead and die should not make us blind for the reality we have in front of our eyes. If you keep this in mind, you can not fail.
