Is mankind going mad? Or are we just bonkers?

Seems autumn let us easely feel that things are going to en end, also that some things seems to be hopeless. Yes some people feel already hopeless and I mean with life itself, with the politics and the way we have our work done. 

Have we failed? 

Just now it seems in many parts of the world that out of the earth comes hell. Many times this hell is colored in the name of god. 

When you read the news you may feel there are more wars then ever going on, but actually there are not. 

But the wars have changed and became bigger, harder and worse in any meaning of the word. 

We fight with words and we fight with guns. We fight us till death do us part and we fight mostly so blind. 

We fear that war can come back even in countries where war was long time thought to be gone but let's look on the streets and there are the so called soldiers. 

We long believed it was just about oil and water but actually it is mostly about power and systems. Which system do you believe in.  Who has the most power.

To be clear there are all in all two different wars, some sometimes connect to each other too. 

The war because of dictatorship and power and the one for telling others what to believe in. The wars in the name of god. And both have a very dangerous similarity- both are lead by people who do not except another options and believes. 

Both work with a lot of propaganda in every way possible. Both work with the fact that mankind is easy to keep alive without its mind. Better a living robot then a living mind. 

Both systems forget or ignore that achieving success in the future is only to get with a living mind. But they will not listen untill they have no choice. 

And most of all, both system work with a fact that many others use too. Fear. Keep people in fear. Make mankind fear change. Make them fear an own mind. Make them fear losing their jobs and money. Make them fear their own future and this will always played by words who tell them that there is no way out, no other way, no chnace, no nothing and absolute just the slave way to live as they say, though they never say you are a slave but this is what they want you to be. A slave, a living robot, but never a living mind. 

So keeping people blind is easy, for this game is played for a very long time. 

But fear will keep you little and week and blind and ill and most of all in thoughts you should better avoid thinking, if you want a free and happy life. 

Though all of us have been teached the truth and what a happy life means and money isn't part of it and not using your mind isn't part of it and going the path of another one isn't part of it. 

We all listened to stories of standing up, using your courage and strength. We all saw movies with simple people becoming heros as they just step out of the shadows other wants you to stand in. We all have read news about those who come together and fight for a better world. We all can read books about how to take your own steps. 

So why don't we? Because the first things we learn everywhere is- FEAR. We are warned in live everywhere. We are teached to be aware of what to do and what not and to fear that consequenses could be bad. We are also teached to much not to stand up, even if we have companion with us. So mothers and fathers- if you want a free child don't teach warnings first! Teach trying and trying till it is right for them. Teach them to use their own mind and that others don't matter if it is about what you have and can do. 

Oh how much have we heard that we can't do this and that.

How much we have learned this is to read everyday in the press as we read what we can't. 

Listen to the politics and see they do nothing cos they say they can't. Though all of us know we can. 

Yes we can, were the words Obama had with him but then he lost his own track, now he lives in fear more then ever though he had a chance. But that is another thing. 

We all believe from time to time we don't stand a chance, but we never really try and we far to less speak out about that. For if we did, we had to say that everything's is everyones fault. No one can say it was not even his fault. We all stick together in the same boat but we choose to ignore. 

Oh how many times TV Shows were telling us this. Star Treck, Dr. Who, Sherlock Holms, Chicago Hope etc...

But we have also learned with fear- to be blind when it is about all those things, though they sitt in the back of each and everyones mind. 
Actually you don't have to come from the western world to be able to understand this, just if you want. 
But here we come back to the wars- what is mostly feard by those who do the war? Education!

Education of the mind and the heart. Empathy is something which is very much needed for if you have one, you won't kill just because of some words, someone says. Empathy will tell you what is right and wrong and that stoning your sister because she got raped is wrong. You don't need a law to tell what is right and what is wrong but you need and open mind. Sadly some countries have to many young people who never got the education to make them thinking by their own and feel by their own heart and act in their own name instead of something strange. 

But an only well educated mind alone can also be a problem as it is that many smart minds are fools and believe in things who never could be right if their heart would be open and they truely had empathy. Here I blame all the man who make the religions world wide a game to follow without asking. This is a badder game then "Games of thrones" as it is so wrong in words and acting. The lying is so obvious but the people are made so blind with drugs and songs and pictures and dust.  

You feel maybe just now that your fear is going stronger and this is exactly what those people want with the whole risk to bring mankind in the dark age and in ful slavery. At the end mankind is not able to exist and this price they are easy and willing to pay as they only see themself. So many war people are willingly to pay the price and even people who seem not be at war they are as they sell all the things those war warriors need. And so are many rich people war people as they sell without a heart but claim they can't do different -thought they know they can but won't and have learned to ignore the consequenses as they never feel it self. Because they, from time to time let slip a man by and be free. That is actually how it is going. You do something deeply bad but as you seems to be from time to time a good man, you must have the right for another chance and be able to be loved. Because as no one is only bad from the ground.  

And here we have our chance. Knowing this we can go the right direction. Keep our focus on the nice and god things. Keep our mind open and never forget the shadows but we can step into more sun and out of all the misery as it is possible. Bad thoughs brings bad things. Good thoughs brings good things. The law of attraction. We all know it but as we fear and doub this law will show us darkness and so we believe that we are right what we fear, thought we would be right too and shown the reason why if we don't. THE REVOLUTION OF LOVE as we can read it sometimes is the right way and maybe the only way to save part of mankind and the world, thought things will change a lot untill we have a peace time again. And yes there will always be a shadow left behind. The dark will never fade but we can make it small. I won't promise the golden age but still we have the possibilities. I am sure we can, if we just want as more and more want and actually do. No wonder that the fights have become harder. They fear us- the awaken and free.

But we have to become stronger!

So---> Stop waiting constantly for a change. Be the change! 

And where do we stand now? In a time where the last fights are going on- again. Like in the Lord of the rings, we stand in the time of Frodo and his friends and we have to gatter around as the enemy is building up. This is Lord of the rings in real live. Books are made of our reality. Everyone of them. 

So our weapon is mind, education, heart and the revolution of love to focus at, as it is better to focus on something to fight for, then something to die for. 

Be Frodo, be a companion of Dr. Who, be part of the Enterprise or be mother courage. 

Never give up the hope and the way of Love as most of us know what Love is in some way. We all have knowlegde of the good things and the bad things that may be. We all know no risk, no fun and no success.

Yes we have become a bit to lazy and sure of ourself and that's why fear had it easy, but we can still let it go and smile. A bit fear never killed you, but if you let the fear rule you, it will kill you for sure in some way.  

Which side are you on? It's time to decide! Will you be still the weakest link? Or will you strongen? 

This all may sound very philosophical but it is very, very clear part of our reality.

For me, I will go the way of light and love as much as I can and I will help you and let me help from you as much as it will be. 

Dead- the one we fear so much should be our reminder that life is better to live happy then waste in shadows. You may live a long life in darkness but happiness won't reach you as Gollum never was happy that way.  

So my dear readers, decide it's time!

Drown in fear or get out of it and fly in hope and positive spirit.

Act up and stand up!

It's a hard way, yes, and it is maybe a long time going on untill we can call things good again in all meanings. No, no one said it would be easy, but no one said it has be that far. 

Sometimes I wonder who you are.

But nevertheless it is a way out of fear- and so let's start with to say goodbye to fear and laugh into the eyes of the enemy-

Fuck off Nestle!

This is one of the big companies you should try avoid buying products from. 
Why, well like Ferrero their are into many bad things and some of these are destroying our nature. But to stay with Nestle, so did the CEO tell very clear to the world that he thinks water is no human right.
Oh no, their are not the only one who thinks that way. Many right politics think the same and many companies will have it very easy to agree.
They sell water bottles all over the world. And of course they want to make sure that this will get more and bigger in the future. 
But shouldn't it be a human right to get free access to water? 
I think it should, because we all need it. Our body can't live without water. 
Well they say like gas, oil and like this, water is coming from the nature and so they can expect you to pay for it but what they don't say is, that we can live without oil, gas and so on... but water is an elementary part of each live. 
To make money with it, means make money out of life and therefore you rule over life. You as a seller are the reason why someone will die or not, because if you can have access to water or not is in many parts of the world a question of money and of course education, but poverty makes it hard to get the right education. And when you have not enough to drink no education will be able to conquer.
Yes we pay for sparkling water which is collected from sources and then they ad the "bubbles".
They say it is better and healthier then the water from the sea... Mostly it is, but the truth is bigger. It would be better and help your health if this collecting was not a big industry, cos then the water would be taken softly not like a rocket. But everything must go on speed and so all the good stuff inside gets lost and broken. It is just water with not much inside. Then the water from your crane home is better. Tests have already shown this the last years in germany. But of course not everywhere it is like that. Clean water is sometimes hard to get and sometimes you have so much chlorine inside, that you'll better not drink it. 
So now you could say paying for clean water should be o.k. and I agree for that, in particular that we have put in the water so much garbage and toxic things. But I think, everyone should pay for everyone. 
We all need it, we all should pay. And access should be free and it should never be a private company to deal with water politics. Making profit of water is like killing people. So that's why I am fighting for the right for water for everyone. Yes not all can pay the same fee, but we are all in this together. Also we can make easy sure that each gets clean water. We must wake up to see the lies those big companies telling us that this is so expensive. It is not and will never and actually it is more easy to do, just education, science and everyone together. 
Making profit with water and telling therefore it is no human right means killing people slowly just for the sake of money.
Water is no luxury, it is something we all need. Rich and poor. Black and white. Tall or little. 
So that makes it more shameful to say that the politics who should stand for the people mostly stand for the big industry and so they prefer to kill their own people then take it to what it should be. 
A project of the world population, to keep up together, free and easy.

2013- what a year

Now that this year is almost over, it's time to take a look at it and what can we see?
What a year -is in my own eyes the best to describe all this all in all.
Where to start with this crazy year? 
It was fast but not faster as last one and it feels like time has come to a rhythm you can start to follow again.
It was a year with a lot of questions to ask and answer. 
A year with a lot of beginnings and endings, changes and things who became stronger and things which left.
What a year, just think about the politic. The revolution is going on. People have start fighting and other kept it going on. Human rights was a big item and it will be sure the next year too. The talk of equal right, equal chance of living a life has come to mind again and hopefully will get stronger and clearer next year, cos still too many people sleep and are blind. 
Oh lots of votes where given but mostly the conservative side won and some laws who came have gone. In some countries people and politic have started to fight crime in other the crime and big lies came back. 
That we got to get two step forward and one back is not that much surprising, although it makes me feel sad, it is kind of natural. Things which have been fostered so long wont let you go so easy. It's also the fear who comes back, while you are still weak. But those step backwards remind us that the fight is not over, that we still have to grow stronger and what makes me happy in this is, that more and more people keep focusing on what they want instead of what they don't.  
Stop complaining is the best way to take away the energy from those who will want to keep you weak. May it be the gay rights, women rights, rights of children, rights of refugees or the right of animals and so on. 
If we want equality, then we must learn to focus on what we want and how. 
But other things in politic became obviously not what you had expected. My own Bundeskanzler(in) is not doing god for my country and even the selection and the game after is a joke. Or if I think about Obama, the man so many had last they hope on. He is doing a lot of politics outside the USA, but did not come far in his own country. Not all his fault but sadly but true what most had hope from outside the USA was among other things that he will keep an eye on the human rights, but it did not... not only the spying is a big shame, the prison -you know all which one I am talking about- are still in existence. It is easy to be part of the fight for the gay rights, but he has not much to do there. But more many had hoped is to bring his own country into a new future, the future that the USA may have still some of the richest families but is no longer an important country in politics and economy. The USA have been number one about 200 years, but now it's over since a long time. Actually he is not the only one leader of a country to fail to bring the people into a new future, away from the conservative and backward way. South America is now more or lesson an own area, who no longer needs our approval for it's existence. Russia is aggressive but more because it's future is dark. The emirates know very well that they have not all the time in the world and so they are very busy making money and success. Asia itself becomes stronger again and is by far further then Europe. Only Africa has still not found it's way back, but Asia and south America are producing there, while America and Europe sleep. And Israel is losing it's faith. Just now we don't see which area, which country will be the next big one or maybe we have already arrived in a time where many countries are more or lesson on the same level for next 100 or 200 years, as we had this once long long time ago in history.
So it's far from over and as much we will have good developments, we will have bad too cos there is always somewhere a shadow. 
What a year when I think about my work. The health care faces more and more the results of the politics of the last 40 years and it is no good. But nurses, doctors and so on are beginning to say what they think, want and need. That we need a change is out of question. 
Getting international is good as it is a big problem too. 
I myself have start to prepare myself for the international work and have learned a lot in managing the quality in nursing, nursing homes and around this area. It's a challenge, but the right one for me. I can say I found my path when it is about the work day by day. Even though I also realized how easy it is to get away from your colleagues. Communication is everything, but sometimes it's the question of what to do first when you're in a crisis. Thought I fight hard to keep the jobs and get in the money, I found myself in a very hard talking once and felt that I did not had it under control. This is nothing to worry about, but made me remind to stay as close in contact to the people I work for and with. 
Learning also to know when to take a break is hard but I can recommend this, cos your body will be grateful for that to you. 
And this brings me to the next -What a year!
Beside the little breaks while working, you use to have holiday. Traveling to Stockholm brought me not only joy and new friends. I also had the luck to see new sides of the town and started to like it more then before. Imaging living in a wood but just 15 min from the centre. It's wonderful.
Being in Bali gave me rest I needed and an amazing healthy look at the end, but also showed me the challenge to travel alone, cos sometimes in some places I felt I would liked to have had some company of my own. But above this Bali also showed me that traveling can make you see your own home country clearer again. The nature, the art, the literature, the people, the health system and so on. Yes I love my old middle Europe. And being in towns like London and Hamburg to meet new people I met over Facebook even though it did not turn out the way as planed, it was better. Here I can just say thank you for taking me into your town and life and time. I am very grateful for that.
So what a year when I think about meeting new people, losing some and having new friends and some who moved away. Friends they come and friends they go, nothing last forever. That was once a line of a song and it is true. Although not every friend who did move is history and I also got contact to people I believed I lost. Actually this year was a year where I meet a lot of people by being in school, for work  or taking yoga classes. Also did date some and found out I had stuck in a circle of my own habits and so I started changing this too. But as much as I can recommend that- to see yourself, ask yourself, watch yourself and try the change, you should know that this does not mean every time that you will land save. It can hurt, make you fail, even if you try your best. Sure I get older and maybe that brings me also to the question when I met new people why do I like them and why not and if not, why. Am I not that tolerant? Am I not that open, but I can't help myself. Some things you simple know, as you know in the same time that it is ridiculous. But to the guys I met, I am very grateful to have met you and   just wish you the best. Maybe we did not talk for a while but this is because I thought it would be better to stay away for a while for you to get your space and time to recover. Although I met guys who suddenly never called back but so was I two or three times, even it was never meant to be that way it just became. Are we all bad people? Maybe we are  but we also we are human, so we fail and have a lot excuses. Don't we know all about this!
So what a year where I am to finish a job and start a new one in the next year, but as it is there is still time to finally rewrite my novel in the last days. And by the way, I am so happy that some friends of mine did this too. Writing a book is a big process and it is always a big day when it is finished and ready to be sold. Guys I wish you all the best and biggest success with your work!
What a year and I could go on and on... may it movies, may it books, may it art, may it knowledge, may it colleagues who face dead more early then expected and I feel with them, may it all the people who were ill this year and we had such a lot and it feels we never had this much in the last 20 years, may it be the fact that so many old people have died that you just wonder is it this time in history again where more people then ever go? But also may it be that many now realize that there is no perfect country in the world and that it is always about the question what you want. Also may it be about that it is needed for the future of your own luck to see that there is no job with just fun sides. Maybe many would be more happy, as this does not mean to smile all the time, just simple to enjoy life.
2013 -- really a big year and already next to over. Wasn't it just x-mas 2012?! But also it feels that I have changed a lot since I came back from Sweden next to four years ago. I was a young blond man and now not so blond anymore but when I see my face pic for the job search I can't see the myself I am now on it. It's like looking on a time when I was so much younger. How does this sound? Crazy a bit I guess. Sure no more a boy ;-) Even for some cloths I really liked to wear when I went out like to disco, I think it's time to say good bye. 

So this long post happens when you can't sleep cos the day you write is the last working day on the company. First time I was that long part of one. I use to slip out quietly but this time it is different. It won't be loud, but known. 

For now I hope you will remember all your happy days of this year and being grateful for them and maybe you get bigger and be grateful for the darker days too, for your mistakes and fails. 
We are imperfect but that's the beauty of this life. It makes us perfect because we can change every time.

How many slaves are working for you?

Googling the internet makes you finding pages you never thought there would be but here we are on a page I happen to find and it's called: " slaveryfootprint.org "
It's a page where you can find out how much people and how long they work for your luxury. 
You know, some get so less money but have to work so hard, it is a shame. 
Others, like those who make the soccer balls, have to work till 21 hours the day, even your sport club manager would not you to have that. 
Did you ever watched where you clothes came from? Maybe from Uzbekistan where children work on the field for you to have the cotton on your rich body, even though most of those clothes are very cheap. I mean selling a shirt for just 3 € means a child had to work on the field, a child has to work to make you a shirt and the quality is not the best, but more important the child or if you are lucky a young man has to deal with danger of getting cancer or other diseases in producing and while you think it's good to buy cheap, 'cos when it is dirty and not able to clean you simply throw it away. Mmmh.
I know some of you say they are not proud of buying in such or from such companies but what does this make you..? I mean more less respect for the hard for for like no money is quite not to get. 
But the good thing with this app is you see, where your slaves work and which companies are included. So you can tell them with thousand of other people in the world to stop those crazy behavior and start giving them more money and a better way to work, giving them rest and let them never work longer then the 8-10 hours a day ..... 
All those things they ask and then tell you how many slaves are working for you are mathematics with the officially numbers from the governments. And that means, in the dark shadows there are more slaves hidden, more then we ever had before. 
So wake up, do the test and find out, act and think before you buy the next time. 
By the way.. I have 33 Slaves working for me... and I am sure, this is just a low number.
But we all need to start somewhere.... to make all the LOVE & LIGHT possible for each and everyone.

an answer to a question....

....and this question was... what do we do to make the world a better place...?

Are we only talkin' about getting our minds open and clapping to our words?

But yes, we are talkin' about opening our minds, that's true and the beginning of all to get to know to try to understand and change your mind, so you can start change your life.

So I was wondering last as I sat in front of my fireplace. What could be the answer? What can each of us do already?

The first things which came to my mind is the kind of living our life.

Let's start with what we eat....

I try not to eat meat and if then I look where it comes from... best meat is to know the owner, second best is surly to buy it in "Health food" store. Fast high-bred meat is inferior, not even really tastes and is also unhealthy. It makes you aggressive, and the side effect of injected drugs in the flesh can not be underestimated.

So better have only from time to time some meat or sausage.

What is with cheese and eggs, milk products? To reject this, because the conditions are so bad in the factory farming and breeding? Well, here you can try this to get from small farmers. But if this is not able, what then to do...?

Well I think, you can buy them but try to look where the products come from and also try to fight with other people together for better conditions for animals. Also try not to eat so many eggs. Your body can live with this.

Yes, some people say it's better to eat vegan, but I think, this is a luxury the most can't effort. And bye the way, you have to really know what to eat then, because if you eat vegan, you have to be very carful with what you get. I mean, the body used to need something to survive, as long as we don't feed our body with meditation, Yoga or light alone....and as long we do sport, work, we have to eat and drink.

And here we are on our next thing... what do you used to drink? Must it be all those chemical drinks such as cola, mixed drinks, juices from distant lands? What about tea? Water or juice from your own country. You can't live without coffee, o.k. drink it.... but look what coffee you buy! Where is it from, how is it made, and what price do you pay and with that I mean how people must work for your enjoyment, how the nature is treated.

And important, inform yourself necessarily about what's the true path of your meat. Must I do have avocados and mangoes for cheap price and have in abundance?

For e.x. I do not buy any more crabs, because while they will be caught in Norway, but then gets peeled in Pakistan. The environment is seen technically insanity. What a waste of resources!

This is anything but environmentally friendly. Unfortunately, this applies to many of our things we buy. So look, where does it come from or read about it on the internet and investigate. You can also support "Food watch" for helping find out and make people aware what food is good and where does your food come from and how long is the distance to your table and mouth.

I mean, Seafood from China. Does it have to be if you live in Europe? No!

The same thing to do with cloths. We all know the way they are made and often where they come from. So cheap is rarely the best. Buy something rather with good quality, as always buy new. Give the children back again the self-confidence and teaches them the truth that the "it" clothing does not make them stronger, or better.! All those Labels... most of them are cheap made and people having slave like situation for makin' them. So be more aware what you care for! And yes, here you can also help Organizations that care about the rights and conditions of workers. And if you see a film on youtube or elsewhere... show it to your friends, talk about them... make people able to get to know the truth of how your clothing are made.

The first reaction may be- this is a crazy world we live in!- but hey... we can change it!!!!!!

And now to the electric power. Do not we all consume too much power still? So, each lamp -must be on? Needs in the parks at night a lamp lit? Must be every traffic light on at night? Must be everything on stand-bye? Or water, why do we waste so much of it, particularly in the western world? Look what you can do to use less. There are plenty of ways.

I'm not telling you to start with all now, but start with some of them... wasting water is so stupid... and it is so easy to use less and yes don't put drugs into water! We have enough of this shit already! Look into the internet and you'll find many ways to clean water easy and without chemical help.... all around the world you can find projects who shows how it goes... just open your eyes and mind and start askin'.

They are so many ways that I can barely explain them but I will tell you the names of films which can show you examples.

What more? Heard of urban gardening? Have your own little garden! Get the bees back into town!

Discover the beauty of the earth, the nature around you! Stop putting scrap on the streets and in the woods or into water.

Stop having so many negative thoughts... Try to answer in a positive way, avoid words like "no" and "not".

If you start with this, you will quickly realize how much we are triggered to think negatively.

Try to go out of your door with a smile..every day... and if you're stressed, stop for a moment, take a deep breath and then go on, maybe think about something beautiful.

So never give up practicing and then one day you'll speak in friendly words without doubt.

Yes, nobody can tell you how fast you'll gonna change... Everyone has it's own time....

And talk, talk, talk about all this... what we can do, what others are doing, why and how and have patience... Many people are still blind and must first open them self before they are able to make a change. But however how many people around you have open them self for another way to live, you can start now and your way of living will show them maybe a way and maybe open eyes and mind... do not underestimate the effect of your life. But do try to avoid to proselytize your fellow man want. True change comes only from within itself.

And of course, we should stand up for respect, give love, a hug, try to prevent hate, talkin' about a healthy work situation, cherish friendship and family...
