What's wrong with the US police?!

A question many nowadays ask them self. 

What is wrong? 

Thousand of people have died in the last ten years through police, but only 54 trials have been the results. And after all only 11 policeman have been condemned guilty. 

Most of the gunman are white and the majority of victims is black.

The Washington Post has written about this the other day. 

You can easy say that the USA has a crisis but seems the politic is still trying to put it under the table.

Away from the question of how we deal with this truth, we have to ask the people in the USA how come you went so far and deep down?!

Actually it is not a very new movement. Since years we can see how a policeman is a good man and even if it is clear he was not, he is more or lesson save and can get away with next to everything. 

The police who should be your friend has got an understanding of being the man for law and order in a way like being the army. It also seems to be a common sense that it is a must to be cruel and without exception to keep the respect from people and make criminals fear. Thought those getting thougher and harder only lead to less respect and less fear and more hate. It also lead people to believe they need more guns to feel save as the police makes people feel that living is such a dangerous thing. 

But the police is going many times to far. It seems they see every human as a potential threat. Where is the trust in human kind? Where is the learning of trying to avoid escalation? As we saw many times now, the police is doing everything to make things worse instead of making it calm down which should be their most and important goal. Then with all the numbers about black people being victims and most times also those victims getting much more hurt, there is the question of what do they teach the people who work for the policy? This is not a neutral habit they show but should as the police is to save in first line and not to hunt. The right wing politics also make it worse every year with its hate and also the orthodox religious by keeping the guns in the house of everyone instead of teaching people to see and hear to each other. 

You can't deny the feeling that it is all about power and money and far to many right wing and fascists are working in the police corps. 

It is since a very long time no longer just an exception of one or two persons, it is the corps who does not work as it should be the case. 

Sadly they mostly went free in the past and always do they find the wrong habits on the victims. Yes, the victims are made more victim as they are. The government seems not to care about the people only about the money and the power and to darken all truth.

Having sad this, we can now wonder how to get out all those hundreds of black sheep?

They shoot, far to early and far to often. They don't reanimate and don't try first to deescalate and they see in everyone a threat. 

Yes, how to change this?

One thing will be (if you like it or not) that all policeman must have a camera as part of their cloths. The next is, to build a team who will only follow up old and new "problems" and if they found a reason to say someone has to get into court, then it has to be made and then they must be the result of true trials in which the policeman who have not done right gets their threat. Far to many went free in the past, far to many without any charge. This leads of course only to the thinking - I am holy/ I am more worth/ I can do whatever I want to and if I hate I can live it out-.

And then the judges have to stop to see the police man as always "the god man". They have to take them as a human, like they do with all the others or like they claim. Sadly many judges in the USA are not neutral and many are right wing partners, which is also a reason why colored people get harder threats then white one.

This is a shame for the USA as the country claims to be better then the rest of the world. But then many countries already have learned that this is not the case. 

How far the thinking of being better is can we hear when the NSA wants to be in every household in the world and also have the right to "fight" the enemy in other countries, even when it is a - He could be/ is maybe an enemy and the evidence therefore is low. Even then! 

Imagine that and you'll understand where the problem lies and how deep. 

True- I don't have all the answers but it is the job for all the people in the USA to find a way before it gets even worse. How long will they wait, we wonder outside the USA? You killed old people, children, black and some white. You killed a lot of your own and still you say it is no problem you have?! What reality will you build up with that? What future is in mind, when weapons are the only way of fight?

Adam & Steve - a movie

What can we say about this movie?
Adam and Steve, a comedy from the late 90tis and with Parker Posey (from the show -Saturday night-) Malcom Gets and Co. 
The story takes place in New York in the 80tis and goes on until after 9/11. 
But it's not a story about two people meeting in the crazy 80tis and being in trauma after 9/11. 
A comedy it is for sure and starting with mad jokes being fat, a wannabe grufti or a gay dancer with too much hair.
Yes two guys throw to each other but then some shit happens and they are drifting apart and so the stories goes on and comes back in the 90tis. So far, things have changed and those two kids became older and meet again, without knowing who they are. 
The movie cuts are fast but good in the storyline. It's a bit drama in jokes and lot of overdrive fantasy. So you actually will have a laughing time watching this film. 
Of course a bit coming of age and coming out is in the story too and also that the friends of those two guys have their own coming outs in some way. Kinda.  The story is in that case not really realistic but a comedy is mostly not this way... So this movie is made very traditional in the way, that you follow a story, catch up the jokes and go on and sometimes it feels like is this joke good or just cheap? 
That is the reason why you won't watch this movie maybe a hundred times. Because after seeing it once, twice or more times you know all the jokes and it is not funny anymore, but Hollywood made worse, so don't worry, catch the movie and be sure it's very kinda end 90tis style. 
Has this movie a big massage, no it has many little once but sure it tells you to be you. 
Be yourself. 
Although the figures are a bit too well known and foreseen, it is fun to take the time to follow them. 
The director Craig Chester did some movies before, so you won't regret watching this one, but as you may feel, expect better not too much from it. Be easy going. 
What I like with tis movie is that it catches up a lot of what we know from our live but never goes to deep inside these things. And also by seeing these you will be happy that your live is not such a mess, if you think so. Maybe you laugh about your own bad luck you have sometimes. 
Have fun with this not so artistic movie.

Kylie Minogue- Kiss me once

Nun hat sie also ein neues Album auf den Markt gebracht, die kleine Pop-Prinzessin, wie sie genannt wird. Kylie die aus einer Soap Opera entstiegen ist und mit Hits wie "The Loco- motion" und "I should be so lucky" die Welt umreiste. 
Dieses kleine Mädchen, einst eine einfache Nachbarin, ist zu einer reifen Frau geworden und doch, scheint sie ein ewiger Jungbrunnen zu sein. 
So könnte man meinen, wenn man die Presse liest, denn dabei ist die Dame noch gar nicht so alt, aber auch nicht mehr die Jüngste. So hat sich dennoch folgerichtig, ihre Musik vom einfachen Girly-sing-sang zu ernsterem entwickelt. Doch wie es sich zeigte, all zu ernst wollen die Fans sie nicht haben. Indie Kylie hat weder beim Ersten, Zweiten, noch dritten Versuch gefruchtet, obschon sie ihre Sache gut machte. 
Sie hat daraus gelernt und widmet sich demzufolge nur der Disco. 
Nun hat ihre Musik immer schon ein wenig den Hang zum gewöhnlichen und all zu kommerziellen gehabt, was sich auch bei dem aktuellen Album zeigt. Obschon Kylie Minogue bei ihren Tourneen immer wieder zeigen kann, was in ihr steckt, so ist dies nicht immer auf ihren Alben wieder zu finden. 

"Kiss me once" ist ganz im Stil ihrer letzten Alben seit "Fever" produziert und damit folgt sie weiterhin der starken Anwendung von Technik, auch ihrer Gesangseinlagen betreffend. 
Dies ist durchaus legitim, aber dennoch schade, da eine der besonderen Eigenschaften bis zum "Fever" Album war, das sie live immer sehr ihren Aufnahmen glich und man merkte, sie kann das was sie auf dem Album singt auch tatsächlich performen. 
Mit den Jahren konnte sie es sogar immer besser, denn von den Kickslauten, den anfänglich etwas dünnen und schwachen Gesangsdarbietungen, konnte sie sich abwenden und zur ernstzunehmenden Sängerin werden. 
Leider beschränkt sich Frau Minogue nicht alleine auf Technik zur Liedergestaltung, sie versucht Disco in ein Disco Inferno zu drängen. Auch vergreift sie sich an Liedgut, das im Refrain aus ein, zwei Worten besteht, welche sich immer wiederholen, was leider selten ein wirklich gutes Lied entstehen lässt. Tanzbar ist das Album dennoch, aber es ist nicht so homogen, wie der Vorgänger "Aphrodite", jedoch auch nicht so ausgeglichen und interessant abwechslungsreich wie "Fever" und "Body Language". 

"Kiss me once" wirkt streckenweise zu bemüht und zu sehr darauf bedacht einer Zielgruppe zu gefallen, jedoch welcher Zielgruppe? Die Jungen von Heute oder ihre Gay Fans? Den Gaga oder Madonna Fans? 
Ausgerechnet sie, die sich in den letzten Jahren so sehr von Madonna und Co emanzipiert hat, hinterlässt aktuell den Eindruck, das sie wieder lieber kopiert, als weiter sie selbst zu sein. 
Nicht das ich etwas gegen die Zusammenarbeit mit u.A. Timberland und Timberlake habe, jedoch hört man das dem jeweiligem Song an und fragt sich, ob das nun gut oder schlecht ist. 
Manchmal denkt man beim Anhören der Songs, das sie wunderbar anfangen, dann aber ist man enttäuscht, das sie sich doch wieder anders entwickeln und sich scheinbar voneinander nicht so recht unterscheiden wollen. Zudem fängt es schnell an einen zu nerven, wenn man wieder merkt, das sie zu sehr auf's Gaspedal drückt, statt das was sie gut kann zu tun, nämlich hörbar und gelassen zu singen.

Eine Idee, wie sehr es sie drängt, kann ein Jeder mit dem Lied "If only" bekommen. 
Der Titelsong "Kiss me once" ist im Übrigen ein gutes Beispiel für ein Lied mit gutem Start und dann leider beliebigem Verlauf. 

Aber nein, nicht doch- es sind auch gute Lieder dabei. So kann man die Ballade "Beautiful"oder das Lied "Mr. President" als gelungen bezeichnen und zusammen mit der ersten Single "Into the blue" als beste Lieder des Albums betiteln. 

Insgesamt fängt das Album gut an, wird dann recht eintönig, bis es sich zum Ende hin wieder abwechslungsreicher gestaltet. Es ist also eine solide CD geworden, die aber auch aus einem anderen Grunde etwas enttäuscht. 
Kylie Minogue hat vor dem Erscheinen davon gesprochen, das sie Lieder machen wollte, die nicht mehr so brav sind, die anspruchsvoller und eher etwas für Erwachsene sind. Sie wolle mehr sexy sein, mehr wagen. 
Sex kommt als Wort oft vor, jedoch sexy würde ich keines der Lieder beschreiben, erwachsener oder verruchter sind die Texte auf gar keinen Fall. 
Lieder wie "Sexy Love" funktionieren bestens zum Tanzen, aber für die sexy Stunden zu zweit empfehle ich ein anderes Album.
Nun gibt es aber noch die Special CD- die kaum ihr Geld wert ist. -Making of- und das Video zu "Into the blue" sind für mich absolut kein Grund diese zu kaufen und dafür extra Geld zu bezahlen. Hier fühle ich mich gelinde gesagt als Verbraucher gearscht. 

Schade ist am Ende das Wort das ich wohl am Meisten mit dieser CD verbinden werde, denn als "Into the blue" zu hören war, hatte ich auf ein wirklich tolles Album gehofft. Leider reicht es nicht einmal an die zwei letzten Alben heran, welche schon nicht so prickelnd waren, noch weniger reicht es an "Fever" heran. Auch verwundert es, das eine Frau, die den Krebs überlebt hat scheinbar meint, dem Trend der ewigen Jugend nachrennen zu müssen. 

Spass wird sicher die kommende Tournee trotzdem machen, denn dort kann und hat sie bisher immer beweisen können und zeigen können, was wirklich in ihr steckt. Eine Entertainerin, die zu unterhalten weiss und das auf gutem Niveau.

Mademoiselle Populaire - a movie

Heute eine kleine Filmperle aus der Reihe, gerade im Kino gewesen und schon auf DVD.
Diesmal, eine französische Produktion mit dem charmanten und bekanntem Romain Duris (L'auberge Espagnole, Der Schaum der Tage)
Alles spielt sich in den 50zigern ab und hier haben wir Duris, als einen Mann, der sich härter gibt als er ist und sich immer mit anderen misst, denn er muss immer der Erste sein. 
Mademoiselle Populaire, gespielt von Deborah Francois, ist ein junges Fräulein, das sich zu sehr auf dem Dorf langweilt und sich mit der Anstellung als Sekretärin, ein besseres Leben erhofft und die Welt sehen zu können. 
Eine moderne Denkweise und Lebensweise stellt sie dar und das mit solch einer charmanten und lockeren Art, das man sie einfach mögen muss. Wie dieses noch anfänglich schüchterne Ding, obschon naiv und nicht sonderlich begabt ihren Weg geradezu nimmt, ist eine Freude anzuschauen. 
Nun findet der junge Louis, ehemaliger Sportler, gefallen an dieser jungen Frau und da sie so gut Schreibmaschine schreibt, nimmt er sich ihrer an, im Glauben sie aufbauen zu können, indem er sie zu einem Wettbewerb schickt.
Schon bald stellt sich die Frage, wer wen mehr braucht und ob nicht doch mehr im Spiel ist als der pure Sieg. 
Faszinierend an dem Film finde ich nicht nur, das es eine romantische Komödie ist, sondern auch ein ausgesprochen spannender Streifen. Als Zuschauer ist man gebannt, ob sie, das junge Fräuleinwunder aus dem Dorf, es schafft. Man schwitzt selbst dabei, wenn sie in die Tasten haut und dies sprichwörtlich. Nebenbei lernt der Zuschauer etwas über die Geschichte der Schreibmaschine, denn die Geschichte ist der Realität sehr nah. Die Schreibwettbewerbe gab es tatsächlich und sie galten als populär.
Die Machart des Films ist angenehm flott, aber nicht hektisch und fast wie beiläufig scheint alles in's Bild zu fallen, was man sieht.
Obschon es in warmen Tönen gehalten, wirkt es angenehm realistisch und glaubhaft und auch die Geschichte die erzählt wird, fügt sich Stein für Stein wunderbar ineinander. Der Humor fein, teils sehr französisch, lässt einen doch immer wieder laut auflachen und den Film mit viel Freude betrachten.
Mit anderen Worten, eine wundervolle Empfehlung, die es leider im Kino nicht so weit gebracht hat mit der Zuschauerzahl, wie sie es verdient hätte.

So my thoughts goes to America the USA again. It is 4. July and it's a celebration Day there. The flag will be waving in the wind and all will hold their speech and prayers and tell us it's the home of the free, the land for each and everyone. But we know this is not the reality. People do make difference to each of another. Sadly but true, the home of the free, the land for each is not that free as it always is told. But are not we in the same position. So- who's gonna throw the first stone?

A couple of days ago the DOMA was fallen and it was a big celebration time for many, although this is just one step in time we do. Actually, just one little but important step for LOVE is LOVE and it's a natural thing and not only science tells you so and no the Bible is actually not telling that is all a sin to be gay.... the words are different you read- but who of you actually have read the Bible? Next to every home in the USA has this book but very less read it. Or just reading parts of it... So who of them have read it through till the end?... Less, but we are fast to tell what we've heard... 

Anyway... this made me thinking of a show which next to ten years ago was on the screen.
QAF- Queer as Folk. So I took the DVDs out and watched it again and was surprised how up to date the show still is. The same fighting, the same, love, the same questions, the same hate, the same reality of different kinds of families. Thinking about what I see I ask myself what would be different - maybe- if they would make the show today? 
Maybe that fighting thing... all those fighting against something... will never get you the easy way and people will hate you again and again, but fighting or better standing up for something... that will do a change. 
But I must say that I have the feeling what is going on in this show can still happen. In good and bad. I mean the bomb attack was not long ago a reality in Tel Aviv. The families fighting for the right to have a child, because they care the same like all the others. 
A fighting I know from friends who will be surly good parents. 
Also the question is a single mother bad for you? I never thought it was bad for me. Or what if your childhood was not that good? Like in the show ... would you be a broken human? No, because that was once and today is now, a different time and you can make the new way with your choice and why looking back when you are the only one to blame. 

The show also has a part about the fourth of July and the question... Who is the real "American", what was the dream so many people after world war 2 had. What did it became? 
What price are we willing to pay? And why not finally give the hand to equal marriage, cos this will harm no one and cause no bad influence or effect. Just look around and see... It never does. 
But also maybe we should start changing about the way we think about marriage. Well, mostly in the western world. What does it mean? Giving up yourself? Your dreams? Yourself? Why then marry someone who gives up themself for you? Who will this partner be? Why do so many still think they need someone, to be a whole human? You are one and perfectly made and as people say, god made you after him. So no matter how you are, you are perfect. And I mean it also for those who have a handicap. 
But why give up things you love, just because of marriage? Would this be being honest to yourself? Why not telling your partner, let's live together or hey dude, let's have each their own home, 'cos love needs no boundaries. Or why is it such a big problem for so many to let the loved one have sex with another person once in a while if the need is there.? When did this became such a problem? Many years ago- but hundreds of years it was no problem, just a reality of many. 
A marriage should less be a prison, but have respect and honest... thought so...

Maybe that would be the difference they would make when they made the show today, but anyway it is worth watching again for all of as, because we see a lot to learn and remember and then ask ourself... Isn't life the same in many ways? Cancer, babies, worries, job, drugs, hopes and fail.... and oh so different- like they say on the show, each people is like a snowflake... from the distance alike but when you look near each is unlike no other, so is your family, so are your friends. They are all snowflakes- lovely and there for you when you're in need of someone... for whatever... This is the truth. 
So what does this 4. July stand for these days? Is there a chance to give it a new meaning a new try?

Boston and...

yes it is sad to read again in the news, that people died of an attack. I think of them as much as I can but wonder...
Again such a stupid thing was done for what..? 
And that is what I really wonder and some other people too... above all the tragedy... Who thinks this is positive to do? 
Well, some may now say the terrorist but be not that fast and say what you may have read in the big news. Why? Because they say so much and not all is true these days or they even started telling without knowing the truth behind but as it is already happened in the past, it is happening now, that stories where told, you maybe wonder why. Because what we read seems so similar and the reaction too. It's a terror attack, we must have more army, we must have more money for police although we now this does not help in no way. 
The war against terrorist has cost already more lives then necessary and mostly not the one of the terrorist. Civil victims are very much the one who had the pain. 
Who did this since Bush started the war? He did not? It was not him?
Well, be not that sure about it. As long as I am not a fan of conspiracy theories I too much know that non can say he is the lamp. Especially not politicians. 
Especially not politicians because they too much have an interest of their own... and that means not us. So I always wonder when I read something these days.. who is behind that or this and why? What is the true story? 
To be true it is next to impossible to find out the whole truth but if you look right and left you find a lot of pieces.
So no wonder I find pics like this one who have actually a truth inside...

... The war against terrorist has a very crazy thing inside... We say we fight against the terrorist but have showed them how to do it and we still sell them our guns...

We also helped and help actually terrorist in other countries in war... (Just think of Korea these days). So "we" play with them like dolls but in the last years it turns out they know how to fight us.. So who is the real terrorist? I mean after all -we scream of more army and try to fear our own people and tell them more security is needed and cut the human rights without getting protests and at the end we lose both.... security and freedom. 

.... Does this not scare you? No, that's good. It should not but make you think and ask for the picture behind some action and maybe also why the Boston victims are more important then all the others who died the same day like hundreds of children in Afhganistan because the american soldiers shoot them to death or the dead in Palestine or the many dead in Iraq the same day. Are they worth less? Mmmh!

But there is always hope. Right. I believe so... and I also believe it is very important to focus on the positive things in life to not forget what it is about... instead of war, ...peace and love and togetherness is what we should look at. War was and will never solving problems.  And much to often we where thought to fight in the name of god, love, freedom or whatever... but we next to always we found out that we never fought for love, freedom, human rights, kindness or in the name of god. Did we ever? 

Oh yes I know what they say.. we defend... that's the biggest lie.... It's mostly for power and MONEY... But back to the good things in live... There are soooooo many.... oh dear.... soooo many... and as this one guy say:

Fighting without guns is possible.. Let the fight...NO-  Better be love and peace! Do it! Make it! Focus on it! 

Cos if you have to choose... choose love... it makes you more happy... it does... really...

Remember when it was so hot in summer?
Was not everywhere all the time so hot I know but then... just imagine a hot summer day, where most of us are not able to do anything.. I mean when it's so hot, you better stay home, wants to be just in the shadow, when you need some fresh air, ice cream and feel lazy all day long, when you sweat whatever you do and when you sweat too, when you do nothing at all...Imagine how you feel... 
Did you ever thing how an animal feels then? Your cat, your dog? Yes laying and doing next to nothing.. you can really see how weak they are, how much it takes them to do something.. even eating is just a lot of work for them... right...
And now think about the animals you eat!
Where are they before you have them on your table? Right- in a stable, maybe in a barn... but most have their homes in a sticky and unloveable -yes let's call it what it is most for them.. a container.
Do they have air condition? Mostly not. Can they get out, when it's getting boiling hot inside... Mostly not - well if you just have a small stable, then mostly these animals are lucky to go out and a cow and a horse is mostly also able to come out but a chicken? Most chicken stay inside in the battery hens. Not able to move much... chicken need to have space, yet room to spread their wings, because this is the way they can cool down the body temperature. But you know- we know -most of them have next to little space to do that, so they open their beak and pant like a dog. But that is absolutely not enough. Because this way their circulation is only able to be stable a few hours.
Oh yes the farmers have something on the ceiling, which can distribute water over the chicken.. Well problem is, this system can only cool down a bit and the hotter it get's outside, the less it helps and the air gets to wet too. And that's why every summer, thousands of chicken, turkeys and ducks die a heat death. Well, I was never thinkin' about that before I read about this in a newspaper. 
So the questions came up once again.. how many rights do the animals have? How much are they worth for us... Seems like nothing.. 
Why do they not let them out? God point, the thing is... it seems to much work and it also seems cheaper to keep them inside and let them die then to lose them by letting them out. So no wonder that their is for example a mass extinction in Austria or Germany or USA when trying to get a little fresh air, because the animals kill each other, because they crush one another just to get little fresh air which comes through under a little door column. 
The journalist who wrote an article about this was asking the veterinary department and the ministry about the numbers of dead chicken and co in summer.. they all had just a guessing... and the numbers they gave where just so little or they just said.. "Oh just a few..." but what are a few, when 4000 till 12 000 chicken dies in one hot summer day????
Why are they no numbers? Because the farmers must not tell the ministry how much they lose and only the companies transporting the dead animals give out numbers when they're high.. but the thing is, they usually don't do ...it's custom and of course business and money. 
So it seems inside comes no fresh air and outside comes no information. And yes the numbers could spoil the appetite. 
So, still wanna eat chicken?

Living with HIV- ( f.ex. travel...)

You think living with HIV is easy.. particularly when you come from the western world -the rich countries?
Well, it is not.. still you're right, it's not problem to go to a doctor or get your drugs but new studies shows, that a lot of them can't even afford a healthy lifestyle because they simple earn to less money and so to buy the right food is simple not that easy or likely no chance ....
Many get depression, to less friends and also it's not easy to find a job which is not to bad for your health not to talk about how to say it or more possible you'll never get the real chance to say it... not even if your job does not bring any danger to others when your positive.. no matter if the drugs are workin' or not...  Last time I talked with nurses... people we think they should not have a problem with that... the truth is, they are the same afraid if not more than the most of you... 'cos as long you never get contact with people who are infected you never learn to lose your fear and fear is a thing without logic... 
Recently I was curious about the chances of a HIV positive to make holiday in another country or to work in a foreign country and if you think about it, we remember most HIV positive comes from poor countries...

These countries will obviously not let you in with a positive status, even if it's for less then 3 months.... 1. Ägypten 2. Äquatorial Guinea 3. Bahamas 4. Bhutan 5. Iran 6. Irak 7. Jordanien 8. Kirgisistan 9. Libyen 10. Namibia 11.Papua Neu Guinea 12. Katar 13.Russische Föderation / Russia 14. Salomonen 15. Singapur 16. Sudan 17. Suriname 18.Taiwan 19.Turks und Caicos Inseln 20. Usbekistan

Well since 2010 it is allowed to travel to USA and China.... 
But think... before this change as a citizen of the USA you could not come back into your country when you get sick outside and they got to know it... crazy.. your own country did not let you in...

.....and the list is not surly complete... the hole truth does not know anyone... but out there are people working to make you know and also to fight for the right to travel for everyone...
But above this... with other words and for the next years... this is another reason to make save sex...  or... isn't it?
