Living a positive life

No, this is not a blog about how to stay positive, think positive, lead positive or act positive or even talk positive instead of using negotiations.
It's about the HI Virus. Something we still deal with. No, it's not the worst disease and also not the most dangerous one. I already wrote a several times about that. Still we see a rising in numbers of infections after all the years. Still no way to avoid it with a vaccination. But the med has become much better and people live nearly normal. Nearly as most hide the fact that they are one of those who are taking the pills or at least are under the eye of a doctor. Thought still it did not went through to many people that those are the safest contact you may have as they are controlled and most of them are very looking to not bring anyone in danger. Thought those who take the pills mostly nowadays have undetectable virus status. Means there is no safer way as this one. But yes using condoms still is something you should do with sex with strangers as to protect yourself from other diseases who are actually more easy to get and if they are not discovered after, they can cost much more damage then you believe. They can also lead to dead. But in a relationship with clear borders and truthful talking it is most safe to have sex without condoms with a positive human.
But the backlash those peoples get nowadays from media and others is a sign, that we deal with a lot more then just a disease. It's the image of sin, of hate and weakness, of -Only the others can get it but me!- believing. It's the try to point a finger to others and call them shameful names and make them victims and outsiders no matter what.
It's the ignorance that each can get it, that you don't see it in peoples face if they have it or not and after all it is still the sign that we do not talk when needed about it. It is because we have hard to talk to each other about sex and all the things around when it is earnest, when it is private and mostly when you are in passion. We fear the stigma, we fear being pushed away. We fear to be called names we are afraid of. We are also often afraid of being true to our self and that is because most of us do not have safe sex each time.
Talking about HIV and AIDS in public is talking about sex, thought this disease has more then one way to come to you and sex is just one of those many possible ways, but there are no stupid mistakes.
Most afraid are those who should know better. Nurses. Far to many still fear to much and know to less and try to ignore the theme. Far to many would not like to work with someone who is infected as they are afraid of getting it. Stupid. No logic. Yes, but it has to do with fear, wrong pictures and preconceptions who are hard to destroy and it is also the sex thing.
It would be much easier when we take it like cancer. But no, we still make a big fuss about it. More then it should. But industry and politic makes it even harder to get away with stereotypes. They want them alive for the sake of money and pride.
In the last year many publishing organization and helping organizations have changed the way they talk to people as they have understood that reaching them is not to get with one advert. Even less with the same for each and everyone. We have to go to the streets, to school, to conferences, to radio and clubs to reach each, as they are different, in their own way.
But it is still hard to get people who are infected to talk openly. They still need a strong back and background. They still need self confidence and must have had already some kind of career as being open pushes you in new directions and can cost you your job.
So I'll understand that nurses don't tell but know they should but can't. But times are on the side of being open as the medicine makes it clear that you are no danger as a nurse for no one. Your treatment will protect them and you.
Nearly 35 years now since the first contact.
First there was the wonder what is it. Then they fought the stigma it's the gay cancer. Then they fought the time as many died so fast and medicine became a question of dead and life and money. Laws made life harder and new investigation showed other ways to get infected. Then it was to stay alive as long as you can. Then, when living longer, maybe much longer made us wonder what to do with your time. Now we have time and a chance of a longer survive, we wonder how to make people less afraid and take the situation serious as numbers of infection rises again, but we also wonder how much is politic, how many lies are still on our way and what can we do? When will it get to normal, when to something some get some not.
When will people be able to work no matter what?
Nearly 35 years and still fighting. Still we die. But don't we all.
Still we fear sex and the talking about it.
Still we deny the truth that life itself is risky.
When do we leave all that behind and let fear, fear our positive mind.
I remember the dead. But I also live with my positive friends side by side and love them and are fearless.
How are you doing?

Be true to yourself. Don't be a shame. It is naturally you have doubts. It is the first step to go around and learn and let lose.
Make being positive a positive thing.
A lesson of life and dead.
Not only at the World Aids Day on the first of December.
Each day.
Each time.

A.I.D.S.

Another monday and the sun is shining outside while I am sitting in the kitchen, having my late morning coffee and finished the trilogy Jonas Gardell (-Never dry tears without gloves-) has written about AIDS in Sweden from the beginning till 2000. A chronicle which tells us about how people got to know about that thing called AIDS and HIV. A story about what had happen in the beginning and what came after. Döden/ Dead is the title of the last book and still dead is part of the way. But as it is it is part of each and everyones way. Thought the danger has become more easy to deal with. As we now have high standard of medicine but what is the price?

A.I.D.S- that was the first after a long time people got to know about a new disease in the 1980tis. And yes that was the way we wrote it then as it was a complex of symptoms which in the end lead to the breakdown of your immune system and so you could die of every disease. As it was that time, most had cancer, pneumonia and/ or dementia. But many had other symptoms and got ill from everything you can get ill. So nobody really knew in the beginning but people as often were fast in making fear go round. And as it was the focus was on homosexual people, thought the first who became sick of that were also heterosexual and women. But people see what they want to see, so this thing called A.I.D.S. was a treat to homosexual man and was often called the price they had to pay for living in sin. Still many people think it is that way and still we make a difference how you come to the point. Still like you can read in the book (and see in the films withe the same name) they are the ones who are more worth to be pity and those who are just ones to have to shame themself.  Although most of them don't want to be pity.
Since 1983 it has been a long time and people are no longer that much unknown about what this thing called A.I.D.S. is but then came those letters--> HIV. Yes having a virus inside you is not the same as having AIDS. One is the last walk you take and HIV is to be a bearer of a virus. You no longer can see it on people as medicine has become better but the dream of a vaccine still lives on as it is a fact, there is no one. You can try to fight with taking your pills every day and try to survive but no one knows when you have won, if you ever can win. So dead is still nearer at the end of the street as for the common people. But after all you survive more then the two years you had back then. Isn't that good? If people just would finally learn the facts and overcome their fear. The fear they have learned and passed. The lies which were spread back then are still working.
So no wonder the rate of new infection not only goes up because of a better therapy as it no longer seem to be a danger of sudden dead, but also the rate of young people who should know better but never had to see the dead. The use of condoms have risen but not enough and as it was mostly the homosexual who had to deal with it most, now finally the heterosexual have beaten the number of new infection with the HI-Virus. Especially young people are in danger now. But to be true this is just happening in the western world.
How now? Well, in Africa and Asia the numbers have from the beginning included all. It's the western world who tries to deny year after year that this virus never chooses only the gay. This lie of never being a victim when you are heterosexual, they try since years to put in the head of people in Africa and Asian- the result is that they do not have the save sex if they could. But we here in the West can and should.
Start with talking about it! When young people become adults they become sexual available if you like it or not. So we should teach them to ask before having sex. But the challenge is that we have those  conservatives who claim to protect their children because inside their have failed with their own way of dealing with being a sexual human. So their try to put their regressed sexual living into their children. And they should know better as lies and prohibitions lead to exact what they don't want--> putting young people in danger.
Of course this theme is much more complicated as many will claim. Just read for more here: http://one-thing-to-remember.blogspot.se/2013/11/world-aids-day.html
or: http://one-thing-to-remember.blogspot.se/2012/12/do-you-remember-world-aids-day.html
or even:  http://one-thing-to-remember.blogspot.se/2012/04/living-with-hiv-fex-travel.html
and : http://one-thing-to-remember.blogspot.se/2011/12/lets-risk-critical-look-at-hiv-aids.html
http://one-thing-to-remember.blogspot.se/2011/12/einen-kritischen-blick-auf-hiv-aids.html
(or go down this blog and take the #HIV tag)
But back to today. How many people, above from the stars, do you know who are HIV positive or have Aids or have died of AIDS? How many people are talking openly about having an HIV Test to know where they stand? Have you ever tested yourself?
We have those posters where HIV positive stand, smile and say they live an open life and friends and family and maybe also colleagues stand behind them but how many do you know actually does?
I know some. Happy and very nice people. You would never guess they have it. Being strong and smile and go to work as everyone else. Just, they have to take everyday the pills and check themself three, four times a year. Just they never know how long time they have till the end as still they know they won't live out till the -I am to old to live another day- phase. But no one knows and so it could be possible to be old, very old at the end. But what price do they have to pay? It's a chemical mix of pills they take. No one knows how long this will be good and when it starts to destroy the body. Not to mention most of the HIV positive can't come out because they would lose they job, many friends, many times also members of family or will be pushed away from all of the family. Even nurses fear colleagues while they should know better, they still have more fear then most of all the others. Funny because there are nurses who are positive- and I know some of them, but as we just now see the beginning of coming out to have diabetes, it will take a couple of years maybe, I guess, until no one in this area will fear no longer, even known those nurses should not, as they are the professionals.
So taking the step out of the shadow means to take the risk of being alone, fighting once more and above all, it means to take the harder way when it is about having a living for money/ a job. You will be free too, as hiding is taking energy you need for surviving.
Once you knew you would die soon. Now you know you can do it sometimes in the future, but when- no fucking idea. It changes your live completely and in the same time not that much. Tricky. Once they hated you, now they still do but in another way in many parts of the world. Saying it, is also saying you are sexual and that leads people to the most learned fear of our century- the fear of being a sexual human as this is a sin. Thanks to the damn church no matter what religion.
To make SEX a thing of the devil was the biggest lie they successful sent into the world.
The seed of hate.
Sight.
That's what I think about when I sit in the kitchen, writing you a letter while the sun goes down.
But there is hope as people can and do learn.
But there will be a time we all die.
But there is always a shadow behind.
And the sun will always shine again as long human kind will be on earth.
Stupidity is no longer an excuse.
The time for hiding is over.
The time for not choosing a side is over.
The time for cowards is over.
It's time to take the next step and get over the past as we are still living far to much in the past and so fear will blind us.
Have trust. Shake a hand from a positive man and women, child and well human. They may be HIV positive and also positive in their attitude as we know better now.
You'r friend, your lover, your girlfriend, your mother, your brother will be the same- with or without a virus inside. Hug them, kiss them and eat with them, sleep and cuddle. And remember it is much safer to live in truth then to live in lie.

World Aids Day

..and once again we have the World Aids Day upon us, even thought they should change the name.
Why... it's not so much about Aids, it's about HIV.
What's the difference? Well maybe you remember that on is an infection of an Virus and the other is the last phase before you die and it is caused by the collapse of the immune system.
So HIV is not Aids but officially can cause Aids.
Yes still people die of the infection of that virus which has the ability to hide in your - well let's say it simple- health army of your body. There it starts the destroying game.
But why is it an ongoing thing? I mean we have to talk about it again and again.
Why are the numbers of new infection under the young people rising? Why do the most only know some pop stars who where infected and not about their best friend being it?
Should it not have changed?! I mean how long are we talking about all this?
How come that so many don't really know about what safe sex is? Shouldn't they all be educated enough?
Did it not changed the last 5 to 10 years? We can say it did, but it is an ongoing project and it's going very slow. But we talk about this disease more and mostly open in public and politic and then? In private? Actually, less people do talk about it in private, although it is a save place, isn't it?
Here we come to the point that in this case it is easier to talk to strangers then to your beloved one about that. It also helps that newspapers write about it and some popular people talk about it.
Yet, it is hard to do so in private, because that means we talk about sex and so about our weakness, fears and what we know about it, what we want to admit.
That's why it is mostly a problem to talk about sexual diseases on the job too, because it's kind of an restriction that you are a sexual active person.
This is not the worst, but talking about having a sexual disease means also you are not only sexual, you live in sin. You are dirty, you've taken risk and you know it. Don't you feel ashamed?
Why should we? Yes you would maybe, cos you learned it that way and as the press mostly described all sexual diseases as a bad thing, as a catastrophe, as something you should avoid and that the owner of a disease has to be destroyed or hidden, it is no wonder that talking about it is still seldom to find.
Is this the really worst? No, because what makes it difficult is the image in our mind. Syphilis i.e. has still the tattoo of the deadly curse. Although our medicine today is able to heal you.
With HIV or Aids you are an outcast, no matter where you live. This disease, even thought it is not the most dangerous and most frequently occurring virus, has such a bad image, that most don't likes to have it neither talk about it.
It was called the gay cancer, it was a unknown fright in the beginning, it was a disease for the sluts, for man who loved man, although under the first known victims there where women too.
It was something only drug addicted became.
So it can't be that an normal person next to you can have it and even now you think you have to see it in the face of another human, if he is infected or not. But the truth is, you can't see it. No one can.
The infection is much harder to get then it is with all the other sexual diseases. But most people are so afraid to touch one, that this is another reason why many don't want to talk to everyone about their infection. Because your reaction on the information has no logic. This is actually very natural. Just think about what you have learned, read and your own fear of life and it is a sexual thing, something with dead too, you have to confront yourself, all in the same moment. How can anyone react logical?
Some have learned, some do it from the beginning, cos they did not forget it's a human in front of them.
Some will learn it, some will avoid confrontation, some will flee as long as possible. Some will rather stay blind then take it in their life.
Yes safe sex is something you should always talk about before it all starts in bed or wherever you want to have your little fun.
There is no perfect moment. No.
Next to no one I've met asked me about my health status. And less are aware of the fact that there is no 100% safe sex. But I believe most of you know this somewhere deep inside. That is another reason why we talk so seldom about this with our nearest friends and family. And then live is all fun fun fun... like the spots, the movies, the stars and media are telling you. Isn't it?
Now that we talk about the problem when to say it, you maybe can imagine how hard it is to tell your friends and family that you are HIV positive.
We all will die, but here we stand on a new ground. Nothing is sure. How long? The therapies of the last 7 years are very effective and seems to have much less side effects then all the medicine before. What does this mean for you, when you have it and take pills? Will you live 10 or 20 years? What to do with this? What are the side effects in longterm? No one knows. No one even knows how long the virus can sleep in your body before it gets active. Should they not know in the pharmaceutical industry? Or are they simple not telling us, because it brings so much money, like they do with cancer. We don't even have the same test technic in the western world. You can still get a positive result in USA and a negative in Canada.
Lots to deal with as a bearer of a virus we may or may not survive.
So when and how to tell anyone? I mean in some countries you can't even talk about Sex.
What is with the people on work? Will they understand? What about the girl you've just met and fall in love with?
It is sure you will lose people, you will have your heart hurt.
How long can one bear the secret? Cos imagine, every time you travel, you will be remind, every girl or boy you met, you will be remind and if it's even for a night, every time on the doctor and every new doctor will remind you of it, and every child you see, will make you remind, every couple who has a baby will make you remind of it, cos you know that most will be to afraid about you touching the child. Every job you do or look for, will you remind of it.
But you are as always, the same man or women, the girl and boy with his dreams, hopes and weakness, with his strong sides and own mind. From the outside your life may not change so much. But inside, many get lost, having depression, having trouble with their body and are afraid and mostly they have to fight, but this takes times. It's never like in a movie. Mostly you go on as always and then slowly it starts sinking into you. Then the real change comes.
Of course, some prefer to hide from the truth and play as always. Sadly this is another truth but it is boost by the society.
That's why it is so important to keep talking about it from official sides.
That's why we have to start making people aware that having fun implies also taking responsibility.
For your own and for the others.
If you want to know more about HIV and other sexual diseases, there are organizations all around the world who will help you, answer to you and you can also look on the postings of my blog.. look under HIV, AIDS on the right side to this text.
So then.. after all, it is allowed to have fun, but better see then be blind, listen when getting educated and if you are not sure, then ask.

GIA- a movie

GIA is one of the first movies Angelina Jolie made and she plays the first super model of the modern times. It's quite a story how this girl made it to the top just by being herself, but also how she went on on the top, never to be alone but never to be loved the way she wanted. She never cared- so it seems- about sexuality and was fighting for a lot in her life. Like it was, it also was a time of disco and drugs and so she fell, no matter how much she tried. She was trying to get hold, but then their was this disease and so she fell another time. A very short time of fame and all in all she had a very short life. Died so young, that it is a pity but that time people did not know much about HIV and AIDS.
The movie shows respect to her but also the world that was and much alike still is if we think about it.
Based on the writing she did in her diary and what people around her have told about her became this movie a statement of her live.
Angelina Jolie plays her so well, like she vanished in her role and as Angelina self was modeling, she knew the game and also as we know, she plays without fear in any way.
All the fun, the heartache, the naked truth, the body, the mind....
Not a single boring minute in a movie about a model.
Even know how it ends, you'll cry.
I could not imagine an other actress to play that part and A. Jolie plays it very well.
The camera work is pure and good work, although nothing very special but catches everything you need to. The storytelling is consequent and straight. Easy to follow and makes sense and seems not to left out any important thing.
This is a movie I can absolutely recommend.

Do you remember World Aids Day?

Do you remember the world Aids Day or has it already gone by and you forgot about it... and all the things around it...? Or do you have the feeling of having the need of getting to know more about it... What about movies, who show you some ways of living with HIV and Aids...?
Do you heard about the book and also the film "and the band played on"...?
It's the story of the beginning of all and how people use to act in 1980 and the years after and why it took such a long time to start finally the fight against this disease....
Another movie which is about the myth of patient Zero... You know a long time there was the story of a man who was the one who brought the virus to the states .... Well the movie, is kind of musical, part happy, sometimes, crazy but it won't let you go away easy at the end, because you will also get angry seeing some things which happened... but you have to laugh sometimes too... I mean singing butts...!

Another movie is about a dancer and how he learns to fight back and find love and life again.... The movie is a mix of just a movie of love, but also a movie of awareness and togetherness... Watch it if you can... It will give you hope, after all the drama you can get through sometimes...

Now I can recommend a movie, which is actually not one, it's a two part story.. based on an theater play and kind of fantasy and real story... The actors are part very famous, but all actors play very well and the storyline is really good and the rest as well and you get really an Idea from the time when all big lies starts and the fight and how the gays and the families acted and you also get an idea how to survive, but also which prize you pay... These 6 hours will make you think about what you have, but also leave you with a feeling of your own part of live... and by the way, the film has some scene that are more then worth watching... you really will like them...

The next movie will show you that you can really make a comedy of such things like HIV and Aids... Captain Picard will lead you the way and mother Theresa is helping too... Fun Fun Fun is what you get, although it is much about what do we want and how to deal with it.... but then again... let's have fun with Yoko One!

But there are also to tell stories from other countries then the USA. France even has a very good Film series to show you, how heterosexual have to deal with it, how it was when you got infected blood and how people around you work or not ... well the series is very much worth seeing, because you get en idea of the time, the country, the lies, the way, the fight, the love and dead... Live isn't always fair but you have to go on... cos live does... watch it, but take your time... Viva la France... "What love means"

The last movie I'm gonna recommend to you is a love story.. a gay falls in love with a heterosexual and somehow their ways cross again and again and what are you capable to do, when you love someone.. and if this one is going to die.... will you let yourself into this? This movie is in my eyes very much worth watching for everyone, cos it shows you to ask yourself... what if you fall in love with someone who is ill, has a disease, will die in the next time... will you risk it? I really love this movie... and I hope it will make you stronger, when it is about love... no matter what... "The man of my heart"

Living with HIV- ( f.ex. travel...)

You think living with HIV is easy.. particularly when you come from the western world -the rich countries?
Well, it is not.. still you're right, it's not problem to go to a doctor or get your drugs but new studies shows, that a lot of them can't even afford a healthy lifestyle because they simple earn to less money and so to buy the right food is simple not that easy or likely no chance ....
Many get depression, to less friends and also it's not easy to find a job which is not to bad for your health not to talk about how to say it or more possible you'll never get the real chance to say it... not even if your job does not bring any danger to others when your positive.. no matter if the drugs are workin' or not...  Last time I talked with nurses... people we think they should not have a problem with that... the truth is, they are the same afraid if not more than the most of you... 'cos as long you never get contact with people who are infected you never learn to lose your fear and fear is a thing without logic...
Recently I was curious about the chances of a HIV positive to make holiday in another country or to work in a foreign country and if you think about it, we remember most HIV positive comes from poor countries...

So this is what I found...:
These countries will kick you out.... 1. Ägypten 2. Äquatorial Guinea 3. Armenien/ Armenia  4. Bahrain 5. Bangladesh 6. Brunei 7. Indien/ India 8. Irak 9. Jemen 10. Jordanien 11.Kasachstan 12. Katar 13. Kuwait 14. Malaysia 15. Moldawien 16. Mongolei 17. Nordkorea 18. Oman 19. Panama 20. Russische Föderation/ Russia 21. Salomonen
22. Saudi-Arabien 23. Singapur 24. Südkorea 25. Sri Lanka 26. Syrien 27. Taiwan
28. Turkmenistan 29.VAE Arabische Emirate / United Arab Emirates 30. Ungarn/ Hungary  31. Usbekistan

These countries will never let you in .... 1. Bahamas 2. Brunei 3. Äquatorial Guinea 4. Irak 5. Jemen 6. Jordanien 7. Namibia 8. Papua Neu Guinea 9. Katar 10. Russische Föderation/ Russia 11.Singapur/ Singapore 12. Salomonen 13. Sudan 14.Suriname 15.Südkorea 16. Vereinigte Arabische Emirate/ United Arab Emirates

These countries will obviously not let you in with a positive status, even if it's for less then 3 months.... 1. Ägypten 2. Äquatorial Guinea 3. Bahamas 4. Bhutan 5. Iran 6. Irak 7. Jordanien 8. Kirgisistan 9. Libyen 10. Namibia 11.Papua Neu Guinea 12. Katar 13.Russische Föderation / Russia 14. Salomonen 15. Singapur 16. Sudan 17. Suriname 18.Taiwan 19.Turks und Caicos Inseln 20. Usbekistan

Well since 2010 it is allowed to travel to USA and China....
But think... before this change as a citizen of the USA you could not come back into your country when you get sick outside and they got to know it... crazy.. your own country did not let you in...
.....and the list is not surly complete... the hole truth does not know anyone... but out there are people working to make you know and also to fight for the right to travel for everyone...
But above this... with other words and for the next years... this is another reason to make save sex...  or... isn't it?

Let's risk a critical look at HIV / AIDS ?!

First, HIV-AIDS is the same, this assumption is wrong!

A common mistake, as we must find again and again. Unfortunately.
Why is that? Incorrect Enlightenment?
Listened wrong?
Wrong Safe Sex Spots or even false advertising?
And why is HIV / AIDS called the worst disease of sexually transmitted diseases? Rightly so? Why do you get the impression that it is the most common sexually transmitted disease?
And why do many people react without logic on HIV / AIDS?
Does this have anything to do with the perception of sex?

First, HIV is an infection with one (HI) virus, which is characterized by weakening the
immune-system and its defense by penetrating into the cells of our "health police" and makes them incapable of action and multiply in them yet to.
AIDS is the name of a disease that leads to death. On the basis of symptoms given the disease is classified. According to WHO are now about 20 symptoms, which were once only 5.

Currently, official, general consensus is that HIV can cause the end-stage AIDS.
Seems that a 100% secure proof of that fact can not specify how recent documentary showed.

For a long time, unfortunately, the media have simply thrown together HIV and AIDS and used the "worse" word. That was also in the safe sex campaign to be found in about the often-issued slogan: You protect against AIDS ... or AIDS, or fun ...or Not give AIDS a chance ...
I am assuming that you certainly had the right goal in mind, but certainly by many regarded as equivalent to HIV is the same as AIDS.
For a time it was said that we have too much, too long and enlightened advocates safe sex spots/ campaigns. I think we've just simply too long and over again propagates the same things and images, instead of approaching differentiation. Meanwhile, it was recognized that and thank God this is reflected in the increasing number of educational campaigns.

The various target groups will be finally addressed differently.

It's about time.
I'm just wondering how you could believe as long as the appeal to teenagers could be the same for people who are 30 or the same to who are 40 ...???? One serving of blindness was probably a long time.

Is HIV, no .... are HIV and AIDS the most common sexually transmitted diseases? NO! Much more often we have Hepatitis, but much, much more cases of Chlamydia or Gonnorrhoe.
How is it then that can be found for these STDs or sexually transmitted diseases rather little? How is it that is barely informed? Is it because they do not end more deadly today?
Well, Hepatitis can also be deadly, and does do end today, it unfortunately still in our oh-so-enlightened Western circles. It is even possible here, vaccination of two of the three forms of Hepatitis.

But all sexually transmitted diseases can be minimized with hygiene, knowledge and use of condoms.
Moment! I just said minimize, rather than avoid? Yes !!!!!
All sexually transmitted diseases other than HIV can also spread very well in spite of condoms. How so?
It's called smear infection. That brings us to perhaps the riddle of why HIV is more taboo. HIV can namely only through sexual contact or contact with blood are transferred, while all other conditions are to get outside of that fact by for example dirty toilet seats, by people who do not wash their hands and then hold onto the handrail. I think only because of numerous clubs.
Did I mention the Tuberculosis and Syphilis are on the rise, thanks to the internationalization of the economy.
But do not worry, we are still far away from the Middle Ages.
Although .... From thinking of some ... we could still be there, or are we again landed there?

So, SEX SEX SEX .... HIV therefore means one thing: YOU HAVE SEX!
and behind it: SEX IS DIRTY! WE DO NOT TALK ABOUT IT!
As yet the church was busy. And as they saying goes, the safest sex is no having sex.
LAW HAS IT!
Ouch, that you did not now expect?
I may not agree with not much with some points of the church but I give them right, and then I would say at that, then we have practically nothing ...no sex, like the church would like to have it. Sex does not exist.
Unfortunately it does! And here we come to something that I think that it should in every educational. DEAR PEOPLE:

SEX WAS, IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE WITH RISK.!
100% SAFE SEX IS IMPOSSIBLE!

We can only minimize the risk, may behave consciously and responsibly. We should even care about our health, pay attention to them. Above all, we should finally start- before we all have sex with someone to ask. "How are things with you? Do you know what? .. And by the way .. I have this or that or am currently healthy .. to my knowledge"
It certainly does not hurt to be examined now and then to one or the other.
I also think the clinics should stop to ask :"Do you have .... HIV / AIDS?" Instead, it would be better to appropriate to ask.:"Do you know whether you are HIV-carriers? Carrier of another sexually transmitted disease "! We should have more fear for those who do not know, as to those who know it. Or against them? Mmmmh..
A recent study from England showed just that very many even refused to take an HIV test. Often because they still have misconceptions about the test, but are also afraid of what might.
Obviously, if you look at the reactions, which can give it still. Even doctors are sometimes still at the level of the 80's. Even the nursing staff are sometimes irrational in dealing with them.
The worst thing is dealing with it by the press. Particularly relevant to the daily press. Nothing is more beautiful than false images, dramatic details and exaggerated reports. But, ...but of course they are not alone to blame for the rise of the global figures .... yes was not there even the pharmaceutical industry? Documentation that I saw in the last three years, all seems to show a similar picture ... Greed, lust for power... and manipulation ...
Do you remember what I wrote at the beginning of the symptom complex AIDS were once again 5 symptoms, today over 20 .. everything scientifically pure? Everything really relevant and up to date, still valid? It may be doubted ...
However, many of today's symptom pictures are typical for all kinds of diseases which mainly come from poor living conditions. Ie: poverty ..... and in the poorest countries in the world is the number of HIV / AIDS patients at the highest, with ... It is hardly tested there ... because these circumstances have to be criticized for several years, the WHO is already the number of people affected by 2 million! lowered down.
It would probably be reduced even more. But that's politics .. only what the actual number of people affected worldwide is not as high as is claimed, and poverty is a problem in the WORLD. OR should I say, the much greater challenge of our time.
Anyway....
The numbers in Germany are stable in all other countries continue increasing, at least in Europe. The condom usage is also increased, as opposed as some like to claim!

And so we come to another point.
Of morality.
Oi, oi, oi which I've not heard anything since and read .... Starting with the self-blame-history and going to the worst Diseases of all time and you have it, but you have to be fully sick ....

Why is it so hard to come on neutral ground to talk about it? ... Oh yes .. SEX ...talk about it means you're sexually active. Which appears as a tattoo on your forehead.
This is often astounding, many have understood it in the mind, but can not handle it. It feels so strange so unbelievable. It makes sex into something strenuous, although it should be something worthwhile, something beautiful.
Sperm is at once something bad -- therefore also again for some a fetish ...
At one time such a body fluid is of course just ...?! Yes ... a big question mark and exclamation point at the same time, because how many people want to only jump once in the shower after they've come and quickly wash away the "bad" sperm and thus the "problem"?
We are completely oversexed by the media, celebrities and Co. On the other hand, do we have still the old picture of sin and of the old family with mother and father, although it has been years looks rather different the average household.
... And yet .... Who asks for after before sex? Hardly anyone! So scared! Despite education, in spite of Stars. You want more role models? More role models? More to say they are concerned and yet .... how do? I say it, it says ... Had sex, naughty child, unsure ... Questions, questions, questions, but why then no one really asks me if I dare? Why then all make a bow to me, but if I'm not contagious in everyday life? Why do people make funny remarks, just because my wife is positive and why I had as an actor or partner who is or was tested positiv to make a HIV- test in a few years before I can make a movie?
They exist, but the pioneer and, this time it takes a lot longer, because HIV has nothing to do with logic in the reaction absolutely nothing. No matter how enlightened the people around you.
Because it's enough to have nosebleeds and you should better leave the room, no one will notice as possible so it is best to wash your hands with soap three times and disinfectant ...nevertheless they will treat you for it by far, even if it is pure insanity. What do you think how you feel as a patient there?
For all other diseases, there is mercy and compassion. Well, on the sympathy I could personally do without anyway. Who wants to be even pitied. But compassion...
However, this is probably, therefore, that most people believe that one is indeed my own fault. Yes, what should one say then as a patient? It's true children ... But! Who here dare to throw the first stone?
Oh-so many at once! STOP!!!!
Yes I had sex and yes you drive a car! How now? That can not compare the two?
BUT I say ....
For both, one decides, for both of you can take safety precautions, both fun and both poses a risk. Both can harm health, which own or that of others. Moreover, there are still more deaths in car accidents than new infections and deaths from AIDS in the total number of both in comparison.
But who wanted to compare! Well what about smoking? More concerned, more diseases because more deaths than HIV, as by AIDS ... Both will cost the taxpayers money, in both the treatment expensive, in both there is negligence. Most people are aware of the harms of smoking and yet ... So why then that one accusation to make the conscious unsafe sex?
And so I conclude from all the times that you have sex just plain and simple and close your eyes ... against sexually transmitted diseases ... because let's be honest, the majority of us had ever yet unsafe sex and if it was just once...
So swinging the moral club is a dangerous thing!
I do know people which thinks that those who deliberately expose themselves to the virus should pay the treatment themselves or even all of those affected, because they did not have had safe sex ...
Only stupid that safe sex can lead to infection too.

The behavior of others may sometimes be foolish, reckless and stupid, so they are already punished enough with the consequences. It may also be including some who do not learn from it anyway. But we are people, people with the capacity to learn, think and act. We can look out and help. We are a community of solidarity, something that hardly exist in the animal kingdom. It is rare for the sick members are cared for and fed. In the animal kingdom, the patient can rarely survive, but we can move people through the Community. Community means but it is not only to support good-so-good behavior, but also "bad" to take, mitigate and pay the price for it. For what we have always done his cause in each individual as in the Community. All we do and let ever influenced others in good or bad and sometimes also less benevolent. But because we do not always recognize this and are able to estimate, we just pay for the costs of "bad" children. Be it by a motorcycle accident caused damage, it is the Bunge Jumping goes wrong, whether by boat capsizes or the same with sex when it brings with it the unpleasant news ...
So we also give the opportunity to learn, educate, and to a coexistence rather than conflict.

and now ..? ALWAYS SAFE SEX and yet never be 100% safe? Yes, this is it...
And Sex in relationships and what the concerns are, well ... probably each pair should find itself a regulation.
Oh God, it gets complicated ....
Who says that life is not a school ... ?
We will have challenges to their last breath ...
Oh, you wanted a recommendation for safe sex in relationships? I can hardly give the.. ... Although, when I think of the many children who witnessed the way men made next to the marriage...
No,kids, here you will need to make your own decision and ... they will always be a risk either way, but you can hope for ... the best and yet when something goes wrong ...
Now ...
LIFE GOES ON ....

Laut WHO gehören dazu mittlerweile über 20 Symptome dazu, was einmal nur 5 waren.

Also, SEX SEX SEX....

Hast du was?
Anyway....

Ja, was soll man da als Betroffener sagen? Stimmt Kinder...
