Holi Festival

Und welch positive Emotions and Vibrations!
Aber nun zu den Fotos..!
Well here in English... short version: I was at the Holi festival in Berlin and after three hours under the shower - after having danced like 10 hours- it feels like that.. I can say for sure, this Party was very goooooood.
The original comes from India, where their celebrate the color festival in march each year and it is the most important and everyone is part of it. The colors use to be natural, but can be chemical too. In Berlin we got chemical made, but biological- so it won't hurt the earth. This celebration should bring luck, love and happiness and is in India the start of the year and here it is the second celebration this year, after some guys have taken it to Europe and tour with it, which you can read about on the webpage. I meet very nice friends and thanxs to another friend, I was able to be part of all this.. but now the pics... Have fun.

it all starts around twelve o'clock

Russia, Ikea, Coca Cola and the Olympics in the winter there‏

I am one of the facbook followers and there I see a lot of different things and just now there are a lot of evidence, pics about the situation in Russia. Hopefully the best is to read but it's the other way 'round. A lot of sad things and discuasting things are to see and read.
What happend. Well Russia, part of European is not that democratic like it is told. It became more and more the opposide in the last years. Putin, now again on the top, is very much like a Hitler to the old German folk. Unluckely it seems that most russian people seems to agree with him or we have a totally wrong picture of it. Russians economy was never the best and the big money- they never had- excapt for the oil thing. That made some people rich but the rest of the country is still poor, poor and poor. So much mistaken, so much went wrong and I wonder how much hope you have and how much you people in Russia realise is up to you.
The demoracy is more a dictatorship and the new laws some came up are very much backward then forward to the human rights and for the living of freedom. To forbbid to tralk about gay issus is a start to make people fear and fight people who have their own opinion- no matter what it is about.
But it also is a damn thing to give these forbbiding to people from outside the country and to put people in jail for just speaking out.
This is more then just a dictators thing.
But the saddest thing above this is, contrarry to what politics and church orthodox church leaders says, those laws makes the violance bigger and gives them place where they should be non.
You know, I remember so well how often they said that if we are tollerant and accept people simple for what they are, that this will distroy marriage, will destroy morality and also lead to violance but it never did happen- just look around, everywhere where they let it be, it's peace and no marraige was destroid, and no one was humilated.
But now in Russia, people get beaten up just because they could be gay. Young man get killed, just because the sympathy was on the side of people who love people.
THIS is a shame for you in Russia.
If you feel not that way... you are a sad person. Beating up does never show strength and that you are strong. It just shows how weak and stupid you are and that you think your own life is worth nothing then a shit.
Yes that's what you are telling yourself when you support this. Hate (crime) against other people no matter reason why is always showing yourself how less you think of yourself and human rights, of women, of children, of animals of peace and love.
Is money all you care about? That is the next question, not only to you, also to Mc Donald and Coca Cola and Co. who support with money into your Country- Russia, like for the next Olympic games. Games who stand for showing the difference and fearness to each other and that everyone is worth the same, worth the support and worth the love. is mony really everything? So then does it hurt if we say no more money to the Russia, no more Vodka, no more Russia products... Poeple look where your cloths are made and forget bying those who are made in Russia. Was'n that also IKEA who let made things up there? Well then- no supoort for IKEA for saying nothing to the situation in Russia. Should we keep us outside? Normally we better do, but this is about human rights!
The other day I read that on of the Russian church leaders told to the people that he saw the sign of chaos and nightmare in the western world. Well, yes things change, because people care and love and start believing again, that money is less worth then all the other things in the whole world. People want an economy which care for health of the people and want the earth to breath as long as possible and to heal it's wounds. Cos like Russia alway did and still does.. so did and do the rich countries companies, humilating the nature. In the western world people wake up and see who really the treador is. So maybe you there my friends in Russia should start too, cos being blind does not give you the benefit of staying innocent. You should know better.
So... many people in the western world worry about the mental health of a country, which goes the NAZI way, the facist mind and follow a Hitler, a Stali which can only lead to big, big trouble for you.
But remember human rights means to let people live the way everyone should- the way of not hurting anyone, not beating up anyone, not humilating anyone, not killing anyone, not sending someone to jail because he has it's own opinion, loves an other people (and the Bible never did tell it's forbidden to be homosexual.. and remember there are so much more warnings about heterosexuals, but above all do your homework- read it and remember this book is fiction! It tells stories to have an idea of how you should live to stay healthy and love and survive and all should be seen in the way we know best from sience too.).
And at last... if you so much believe in god, then remember Jesus too and the words of love each other, one another like you should love yourself, respect yourself and be kind to others. Maybe you can't understand everything, but if you are a strong person, a fair person, you let them live and stay away of violance.
The trouble you have home there in Russia is not the fould of gays, jews, blacks and others.. it's your own.
So stop hiding behind wrong laws and a president who gives a shit on you.
And yes I know my own president and Bundeskanzlerin is the worst to show support to human rights. WE already tell her this. But the truth is.. those oil thing maybe is the reason why she is like a fallen girl.
But I can only think that as much as I feel sad for you.. I send you Love & Light to help you to wake up and to shine again instead of hide again. The future is never lost.

If you visite Berlin, you maybe will take a walk around the Hackescher Markt.
It became a well know hot spot now. Even late at night there are a lot of tourist there.
Although this area is nice but you know it's always a bit difficult to see it, when an area becomes very famous. It always has a danger of getting lost to the people who actually live in the town.
But then, when you are there you get sure hungry on time after walking and shopping around. Well, there are a lot of restaurants you can go in, all quite expencive and not really the best in quality, but that's nothing new in the modern world on hot spots. I know only one exaption actually, but about that I will tell you later. But if you walk a bit up to another hot spot, the Kastanienallee or also called the Casting- allee, then you maybe walk on the side where a Jazz Club is and right after the entre, there it is in the backyard. First when you look up there you see like noodles hanging on the wall but right in front of you a lot of flowers too and a restaurant which you will like very much. It's vitnamese and not only the location is very nice and has also a little garden in the back too, where you can sitt and listen to birds and get the fresh food and soups and teas...
All is made by the cook very well and the stuff is nice and you have no problem to talk to each other and because of the way how the location is made, it feels a bit like beeing in a film playing in that area of vitnam in the "good old times". Like that. Of cource, you have place for several people eating together, but best kind to dinner there is to be at maximum- four. Then you really can enjoy the time.
You can chose from usually three or four day meals but also from a card. If you come after 3 in the afternoon, then I absolute recomend to take the calssic tea time choice, after main dinner. There you get tea, cakes on a plate, so very nice and sweet and good tasted. I always enjoy this "classic tea time". But there are also other sweets you can get after you hade your soup. And those soups by the way are not just a bit of food and the rest is whater. Oh no, you actually eat a lot for a very good price. So after all 5 stars from 5 from me.
And here is the link to take a look at:

the pic is from the facebook side.. I try to put more pics on this blog next days..

Familienträume-- a movie

4. July

So my thoughts goes to America the USA again. It is 4. July and it's a celebration Day there. The flag will be waving in the wind and all will hold their speech and prayers and tell us it's the home of the free, the land for each and everyone. But we know this is not the reality. People do make difference to each of another. Sadly but true, the home of the free, the land for each is not that free as it always is told. But are not we in the same position. So- who's gonna throw the first stone?

A couple of days ago the DOMA was fallen and it was a big celebration time for many, although this is just one step in time we do. Actually, just one little but important step for LOVE is LOVE and it's a natural thing and not only science tells you so and no the Bible is actually not telling that is all a sin to be gay.... the words are different you read- but who of you actually have read the Bible? Next to every home in the USA has this book but very less read it. Or just reading parts of it... So who of them have read it through till the end?... Less, but we are fast to tell what we've heard...

Anyway... this made me thinking of a show which next to ten years ago was on the screen.
QAF- Queer as Folk. So I took the DVDs out and watched it again and was surprised how up to date the show still is. The same fighting, the same, love, the same questions, the same hate, the same reality of different kinds of families. Thinking about what I see I ask myself what would be different - maybe- if they would make the show today?
Maybe that fighting thing... all those fighting against something... will never get you the easy way and people will hate you again and again, but fighting or better standing up for something... that will do a change.
But I must say that I have the feeling what is going on in this show can still happen. In good and bad. I mean the bomb attack was not long ago a reality in Tel Aviv. The families fighting for the right to have a child, because they care the same like all the others.
A fighting I know from friends who will be surly good parents.
Also the question is a single mother bad for you? I never thought it was bad for me. Or what if your childhood was not that good? Like in the show ... would you be a broken human? No, because that was once and today is now, a different time and you can make the new way with your choice and why looking back when you are the only one to blame.

The show also has a part about the fourth of July and the question... Who is the real "American", what was the dream so many people after world war 2 had. What did it became?
What price are we willing to pay? And why not finally give the hand to equal marriage, cos this will harm no one and cause no bad influence or effect. Just look around and see... It never does.
But also maybe we should start changing about the way we think about marriage. Well, mostly in the western world. What does it mean? Giving up yourself? Your dreams? Yourself? Why then marry someone who gives up themself for you? Who will this partner be? Why do so many still think they need someone, to be a whole human? You are one and perfectly made and as people say, god made you after him. So no matter how you are, you are perfect. And I mean it also for those who have a handicap.
But why give up things you love, just because of marriage? Would this be being honest to yourself? Why not telling your partner, let's live together or hey dude, let's have each their own home, 'cos love needs no boundaries. Or why is it such a big problem for so many to let the loved one have sex with another person once in a while if the need is there.? When did this became such a problem? Many years ago- but hundreds of years it was no problem, just a reality of many.
A marriage should less be a prison, but have respect and honest... thought so...

Maybe that would be the difference they would make when they made the show today, but anyway it is worth watching again for all of as, because we see a lot to learn and remember and then ask ourself... Isn't life the same in many ways? Cancer, babies, worries, job, drugs, hopes and fail.... and oh so different- like they say on the show, each people is like a snowflake... from the distance alike but when you look near each is unlike no other, so is your family, so are your friends. They are all snowflakes- lovely and there for you when you're in need of someone... for whatever... This is the truth.
So what does this 4. July stand for these days? Is there a chance to give it a new meaning a new try?
Let's think about it!

How many slaves are working for you?

Googling the internet makes you finding pages you never thought there would be but here we are on a page I happen to find and it's called: " slaveryfootprint.org "
It's a page where you can find out how much people and how long they work for your luxury.
You know, some get so less money but have to work so hard, it is a shame.
Others, like those who make the soccer balls, have to work till 21 hours the day, even your sport club manager would not you to have that.
Did you ever watched where you clothes came from? Maybe from Uzbekistan where children work on the field for you to have the cotton on your rich body, even though most of those clothes are very cheap. I mean selling a shirt for just 3 € means a child had to work on the field, a child has to work to make you a shirt and the quality is not the best, but more important the child or if you are lucky a young man has to deal with danger of getting cancer or other diseases in producing and while you think it's good to buy cheap, 'cos when it is dirty and not able to clean you simply throw it away. Mmmh.
I know some of you say they are not proud of buying in such or from such companies but what does this make you..? I mean more less respect for the hard for for like no money is quite not to get.
But the good thing with this app is you see, where your slaves work and which companies are included. So you can tell them with thousand of other people in the world to stop those crazy behavior and start giving them more money and a better way to work, giving them rest and let them never work longer then the 8-10 hours a day .....
All those things they ask and then tell you how many slaves are working for you are mathematics with the officially numbers from the governments. And that means, in the dark shadows there are more slaves hidden, more then we ever had before.
So wake up, do the test and find out, act and think before you buy the next time.
By the way.. I have 33 Slaves working for me... and I am sure, this is just a low number.
But we all need to start somewhere.... to make all the LOVE & LIGHT possible for each and everyone.

Smile- Mediation

So if I write about burn-out I should maybe write also about what you can do.
I think I did mention once or twice in my blogs to take five minute each day to enjoy something simple, or to give you each day a little present (and that does not mean to buy something... maybe but there is so much more..). Alright, but if you don't have the time for sport, yoga or an everyday walk in a park, then maybe mediation is your way. Those meditation can take 5, 10 or 20- 30 minutes... Sure in the beginning it won't be much more, or you are the one who can do so from the beginning. But for the rest, 5 minutes can feel like an hour.
Mostly it is good to start in a group of people but if you want to do it alone at home, then just know... there are no right or wrong, just find out how. And... it's absolutely normal if you lose the focus and start thinking what you should buy next day. Just make sure you get aware of that and then go back to what you wanna do- meditate.
First- how you sit, or lay is up to you, no matter what they say... you should feel comfortable and this must be because you need to stay it that way a couple of minutes. But to be true, when you start with laying down, there is a high risk of sleeping at the end... But-again- if you lay down, then you should find a good CD where they lead you the way, so you can calm follow and rest.
Otherwise, sitting on the ground or the chair you can start with watching yourself breathing- be aware how the air comes in and goes out. An easier way is to chant. The most popular is the "Om" which just means in easy words- you are ready. The sound of mantras has a deep frequency and it will help you much to calm down and also ease pain. To start with the "Om" is the most easiest way, then later if you are used to, then you can take mantras with more words and just look on youtube or in special stores and you'll find them and also the meanings of those or look on this side:
" http://www.beyondsinging.com/de/interact/sing-along.html++/devotion/13/ "
This is a project Tina Turner is a part of and there you're on the right side.
But as I did try a lot of different meditations I can recommend another one at least for the end of each meditation setting. The "Smile- Meditation". To be true in the beginning I was thinking that this is stupid, is just something people came up to make money or to make a  laugh stocking out of you. But like Julia Roberts in the film "Eat, Pray, Love", I started to smile next to each day after my meditation. To smile with my face, then with my mind, then heart and bladder, then with my lever and so on... It turns out that one day it was not only easy to do so in meditation, it also is now very easy in my everyday live, just to smile out of no reason. It's relaxing, feels good and no matter what people think- they surely mostly thinking nothing at all or just wonder why I seem to be happy. But all I actually do is relaxing my muscles and making my body bringing out and producing all the good things which your body needs to stay healthy. I mean we all know that smiling needs the most less muscles to get done. Easy, but we forgot and learned to use muscles to look unhappy without being aware that we can have it another way. So maybe you give it a try and smile and maybe one day you too just do.

with a big smile to you....
